We purchased a King Purple mattress recently and we love how it is simultaneously soft and supportive in the right places. Opening and set up was simple. I appreciate how Purple sells directly to the consumer and offers reasonable prices for a great mattress. Love the fun commercials and website, too. Thank you!

Have only had the mattress five days, and slept on it for four nights, but it is amazing! My back, and hip pain are gone. Should have bought one of these years ago. I am 6'7" and 292 lbs. and the Queen original Purple mattress supports me very well. Thanks Purple

I really like my Purple Bed. I look forward to climbing into my Purple each night and I miss it when I travel. My Purple did not solve all my personal problems like I had hoped. I would buy it again, but this time I would have realistic expectations.

The way the mattress forms to your body it is really hot. I find myself waking due to being so hot. Additionally while the mattress does feel good; when the mattress forms around you it tends to pull the fitted sheet as you sink in (I like tight sheets). I am still new to this mattress only a month in but I have noticed these issue that leads to this review.

So far so good! While I wasn't happy about the time it took to get my sheets, the mattress arrived reasonably fast. I have hip problems, and have used various memory foam mattress/toppers for a long time. They worked and are much cheaper than the Purple Mattress. However, they tend to be hot, not comfortable for me, and need to be replaced every two years or so. I am hoping that the Purple Mattress last much longer, especially given the price. I also like the fast response time that the Purple Mattress returns to normal.

I thought this mattress would be much more comfortable than it is. I added a mattress pad to it and luxury sheets. It's doable now, but not at all what I thought. For the price, I thought it would be better, but I put it in my guest room, so I guess I have a really high priced guest bed.

Probably like most other people out there in the ether, I decided to make the leap forward and purchase a bed online. I first found out about online beds through a Casper ad. After doing some research online I soon discovered the wide variety of online bed retailers. After careful consideration I decided to purchase the purple bed. Since day one I have been sawing logs on my new purple mattress!!! This is totally worth every penny!!!!!

What I saw on the reviews from other people did not line up with the truth. In a review I was shown the pillow to have 2 removable pads, so as to adjust it's thickness. My pillow did not have these, and the pillow is too flat for me. Second... I am not good with sleeping flat., when I told Purple, they did not help or offer advice. I have since aquired wedges for under the head of the mattress, and that problem was solved. Third... I now find purple mattress to be too hard for me. In a review I had seen before my purchase it was stated that there were different softness choices. These were not discussed at time of purchase. The hype is great, but Purple (in my opinion) does not put the customer and their needs first.

After 2.5 years of service, I felt like I was bottoming out on the original purple mattress. Truthfully, I don't think it can handle a 250lb side sleeper long term. I sent some pics in and CS sent me a replacement mattress. I'm not going to open it and try to sell it on the secondary market. My minor gripe is, I wish Purple would have allowed me to pay extra to upgrade to the purple 4 because I think I will be in the same situation in 30 months or so with the original. I believe in this company. I've bought my daughter a full original and I'm 95% sure I'll buy the purple 4 if my original sells. Purple is a company that stands behind their product.

Extremely satisfied with my purchase of The Purple Mattress. I went with the base tier model and I actually found that one most comfortable surprisingly when I went to a Purple storefront and tested the various models available. It's been at least 6 months now that i've had the mattress and have no complaints. It pairs well with my Thuma bed frame
