Purple has made an excellent mattress. My wife and I are both on the larger side and we both have found this mattress to be just as comfortable as the Sleep Number bed we replaced with this. I'm a side sleeper and she is a back sleeper. We both love our Purple Matress. I also have a bad back and I've been able to do more each day since getting our new bed. We both highly recommend this mattress.

My wife and I purchased 2 new TwinXL adjustable frames. After much research we could not decide on the Purple Mattress vs. Tuft & Needle. So I came up with the idea to get one of each, test sleep them both and return the one we did not care for. We both gave them a very good long sleep study and ended up LOVING the Purple the best. Ordered the 2nd Purple and once arrived returned the Tuft & Needle. The no questions asked return policy of both companies made this testing easy to do and we now sleep AWESOME!

Spending almost half a year in hotels annually, I sleep on all sorts. Purple is up there with some of the more comfortable. Sleep comes fast and easy, but if you could find some other place for the cats to sleep that would be awesome! Otherwise, it's well worth the money and much lighter than my 175# tempurpedic, 1/3rd the price and much more comfortable. Hopefully I won't be making a dent in this one line the last 3 mattresses, including the big T.

Our mattress purchase was actually for our kids. My 13 year old has absolutely loved his Purple mattress. He feels like he is getting better sleep compared to the spring mattress he had before. Ordering was easy. It shipped quickly. Setup was very simple. The most difficult part of the set up was getting through all of the plastic. If I have one complaint, it is that the large vinyl bag that contained the mattress cannot be sent back and reused by Purple. This seems like a waste of material.

My husband and I bought 3 different mattresses in a 2 year period and spent allot and I had so many issues. I have back problems as it is then shortly after buying mattress number 2 i got pregnant. By the time I was 4 months along I was sleeping on the couch I could not do it anymore. Fast forward to 6 months ago when we bought our purple bed, I found out I was pregnant again. I didnt have much hope for this bed. But let me tell you.... I was so wrong. Best money ever spent. My back feels great. Even being pregnant it supports every inch even my ever growing belly. I haven't had to waste money on a dozen different maternity pillows just to sleep at night. This bed is all I need I just wish we had it sooner. I recommend it to everyone I know that wants a new mattress. Its amazing. Must have for this family

My previous bed was a memory foam mattress. I struggled to sleep in it and often found myself moving to the couch at night. Seriously, I look forward to going to my purple mattress. The pillows are 2nd to none. Cool and extremely comfortable. Loving it.

Ordering, delivery, installation, overall great mattress for the price. The sheets on the other hand took six months to receive and I swear it's like sleeping in a elastic band on my gym shorts! scrap the sheets don't sell them or redesign ! I have recommended the purple mattress to several of my friends, love it ! Thanks!!

I sit for 8 hours a day. A little more than half way through the day I feel like my hiney has gone flat & all the fluff in my chair has gone flat. Now I sit without hiney or back pain!!! I love my two purple cushions, one for the hiney one for the back...love them!!!

I really wanted to love this mattress. I went interest free through Affirm and had it delivered shortly after check out. Unwrapped it and enjoyed. I loved the support. My wife loved it too but noticed it was hot to sleep on. So we went all in and bought the sheets and mattress protector. Sheets are nice and soft but the mattress stills sleeps hot for my taste. YMMV. Now to the issue we are currently having. Shortly after it was paid off, I noticed a change in the sleep style of the mattress. I come from the old school world of flipping and rotating mattresses. I was concerned that I could not flip this but I was reassured. Anywho, about a year and a half into the product I started getting a rut on my side of the bed. I'm 6'4", 205Lbs. Not small but not crazy big either. Along with the rut came a ridge line down the middle of the bed which has now turned into the most supportive part of the mattress. My wife and I both have ruts now and are pretty much separated by the partition in the middle of the cal king. I have rotated this mattress every two months for the last six months to get the support I need. My wife and I are now waking up in the morning with sore lower backs. That was the sign my last mattress needed to go and prompted the purchase of the Purple. I expected more than 1.5 years of support out of this mattress. I am very disappointed and would not purchase this product again. My wife has emailed the company for product/warranty support and they have not gotten back to us as of yet. We shall see.

My wife and I have been sleeping on a Serta iComfort for about 5 years now - it was "soft" and "Comfy" since day one, but after the first couple years I began waking up with a sore lower back and shoulders. My wife and I decided it was time for a change, and we researched all of the popular mattresses on the market as of now (summer 2019). After trying out the Tuft and Needle, Serta, Tempurpedic, and Necter - we settled on the Original Purple. After the very first night, I no longer wake up sore, and neither of us move around overnight any more! You never realize how bad it was until you try something new - and Purple is truly different!
