My wife and I decided it was time to upgrade from a Queen to a King. We had friends and family members who had purchased a purple mattress and couldn't say enough good about them. Since we purchased our king mattress we have had amazing sleep and support and wake up refreshed every day. We are big fans of Purple Mattress

I ordered the purple mattress on the advice of my chiropractor. It took about 3 weeks for me to get used to the mattress and then it was smooth sailing from then on. I no longer wake up with neck pain or backaches. We purchased a bunkbed for our granddaughter when she visits and bought a twin size for her, she sleeps like a log which is a win-win for all of us. When we're away, I miss my purple mattress. I'm trying to talk my 86 year old mom into buying one!

I've been waiting over a year to purchase this mattress. I told my sister about this brand,she ordered it and loves it. That only made me want it more. In December I gave birth to my daughter and dislocated my hip during labor. After that it became unbearable to sleep in my bed. I had to start sleeping onthe couch. My husband was tired of sleeping alone after a couple of weeks and ordered the purple. Best decision on a mattress ever! The first couple of days we were unsure if we liked it or not. It felt to firm for me and my husband just didn't know what he didn't like about it. The first two day my back pain radiated to my neck but my hip pain was decreasing.by the third day nothing hurt anymore. I slept in a luxury hotel bed for two days and couldn't wait to get back to my Purple mattress. It has the quality of firm and soft at the same time. I can't feel my husband or kids moving around in my bed during the night. One is 3years old and the other 10 months old, that is basically like sleeping with two greedy space stealing monsters. Their movement just doesn't phase me as badly anymore. I love this mattress. I recommend it for nursing moms and co sleepers. Oh btwmy husband is 6'3" and 270lbs this mattress is firm enough to keep him from feeling like the bed in caving in around him. He loves it now as well and has been sleeping even harder than before.

Delivery is tough when you're disabled but I managed, the fed/ex guy dropped it at the door and i had to drag it inside after an hour I made it to the bed. The mattress weighs over 200 lbs and they don't offer any kind of delivery, or set up, and removal of your old mattress like a traditional mattress store. Once I got it up on the bed foundation and opened it the smell from the manufacturing process was a bit much for me so I stayed in the guest room that night while the Purple aired out. The next day it was better and I rolled around on it to push some air through then put on some nice cotton sheets and crawled in for a late afternoon nap. I slept great and later that night after dinner as I was sitting in my recliner watching the tube, all I could think about was getting back into bed. So I turned everything off in the living room and finished watching my TV show in bed. Sleep for me is tough with the chronic pain, and most nights I'm lucky to get 3 hrs. Now I get 5 and sometimes 6 hours! I have massive back issues and while it hasn't cured me, I do sleep better, and I don't hurt as much in the morning like I used to. If it holds up for ten years I will feel like I got my money's worth, I'll get back to you in 2029.

When we first got the mattress, we loved it. It was fantastic for the first few years. Then, about 4-5 years after we purchased it, there was a noticeable sagging and general deterioration of quality. I typically would expect a mattress to endure for 7-10 years, and this was about half of that. So overall? It was okay: Wonderful for about 50 months, and then the cause of back issues after that point.

I'm not going to lie here. The shipping for your bed is garbage but the bed is the absolute best thing ever. I'm fine with waiting but I'm not okay with the damaged purple tube bag. Kind of a problem for me since I was going to reuse it. Onto the best bed ever! Okay so. I don't know about you but I absolutely loathe memory foam. It's too soft and on an air mattress, it's the only thing that makes your bed remotely comfortable. Yes I've been using an air mattress, for almost a year now. So to finally get a bed, muwha. Yes. This bed. I've used it before, my ex got one. Loved it. And that's a big reason why I had to save up and get my own. I can fall asleep faster on this bed than anything else. I suffer from inability to fall asleep, that type of insomnia. So I'm always tossing and turning, never comfortable. Well, with this bed I am. I absolutely adore it because I can sleep however I want and I'm in heaven. Plus paired with the Harmony pillow is like sleeping on a dream. I'd recommend this bed to anyone and everyone. Will it be for everyone? No, but I love it and will forever love it.

If you liked the feeling of sleeping on a park bench, then this is the mattress for you! I was really excited about getting my new mattress with hopes that sleeping would be a dream. This mattress is super thin compared to my old mattress & it's extremely hard. There is no plushness or cradling it feels like you are sleeping on a hard park bench. Last night I sat on edge & totally slipped off, this mattress has no edge support at all. My fiancé suggested we get a mattress topper, that is absolutely not happening, who pays $1000+ for a mattress & then you have to buy mattress topper. I'm side & stomach sleeper & i wake up with hip pain that wasn't present before. I might as well put a pillow & blanket on my hard wood floors at least that's free! Of course I emailed purple & they make you keep the mattress for 21 days before you can return it or before a sleep specialist can help you. I don't need help just need to return this overpriced park bench. I have 5 purple pillows on my bed & the purple seat cushions which are great but this mattress is not good at all.

I suffer with lower back pain and this mattress has really helped. I was sceptacle about buying a mattress online without ever testing it out first. I went with it because of the positive reviews and good YouTube videos. I love this bed and could not be happier! Wonderful investment! Thank you purple.

Okay I couldn't decide if I loved my purple bed after I got the pillow. I gave the pillow like 6 weeks and as soon as I switched back to a little temperpedic pillow I was sleeping well!! I really wanted to love the pillow cause it's so cool but it wasn't working for me at all. I tried adjusting the cushions on it too. I'm the end though I did figure out that I love my mattress!

I can't tell right now how the bed is treating me after all the failed beds prior. I'm actively seeing a podiatrist, chiropractor and next a massage therapist to correct this terrible pain. I want to love the bed but until I fix these other issues it's very difficult to tell if it'll help from not coming back. Though I'm super stoked it doesn't sink and my husband and I can finally snuggle on an even plain.
