I would have liked detailed instructions in the packaging. The first night I didn't notice anything. After a Google search of other customers reviews, I removed my mattress pad and it was much better. Once my free sheets came and I put them on, it was even better!

I guess i was expecting a lot more for a mattress so expensive. Dont get me wrong - this is a good mattress, but i've slept on much cheaper that felt relatively the same. The one thing i dont like about this mattress is the lack of support along the outside. If you sit on the outer ring you really fall in!

My wife and I are blown away with the comfort of this mattress. It's different for sure, and took a night or two to get used to, but now that we're used to it I can't imagine ever going back. What we didn't expect was also how QUIET it is! Without the creaky springs the mattress is completely silent. All in all we're totally happy with our purchase!

I was hoping for a cloud-like feel of sinking into the bed. The original Purple provides good support, but it's firmer than what I had hoped for. However, it sleeps very cool, which is great. Still trying to get used to it, but I might get a topper for more softness?

I am so amazed by the delivery gentleman! He was courteous, speedy and thorough. I had an ongoing fight with my husband that I had bought a king versus a queen frame - turns out he was right and our mattress did not fit (queen frame - king mattress). The delivery driver adjusted the bedframe for me without hesitation! He deserves a bonus and a serious thank you! Oh and the product is great. We love it!

We love our mattress! My husband and I would wake up every morning with terrible aches and pains. Our chiropractor mentioned the Purple, which I had already seen on Facebook before. Once he suggested it, we were sold! We have never slept better or woke up pain free until we used our purple mattress. It does take some getting use to, but once you adjust you will be so happy you stick it out and went with Purple. And if this says anything, we went in vacation for a week. After day 2, we were ready for the rest to fly by because we couldn't stand sleeping in anything but our Purple mattress. You know your bed is good when you are wishing for vacation to be over just to get back to it!

After my Military injuries I would always toss and turn at night and wake up in pain. I would haft to say this is the first time since the injury happened that I haven't woke up in pain. Three of my friends that I also recommend buy your bed love theirs as well.

I was so used to sleeping on that "slab of concrete" mattress that I've had for 20 years. Never failed me and never sagged. The first few nights on my Purple Mattress were kind of weird and I didn't sleep well but somewhere around night four or five I realized that I was going to keep this mattress and yes, as promised "the best sleep of my life". Put my old mattress out to pasture a few nights ago. Still trying to figure out how to recycle the Purple mattress "body bag". It's a lot of heavy duty plastic and I'm not sure how that whole thing is going to work out with the local recycler. Other than that, 100% pleased and way more comfy that the Westin bed I ordered a few years ago that started to sag in about six weeks. Thank you!!!

We test drove a Purple hybrid mattress at our son's home for 12 days while house and pet sitting when our son and wife were on their honeymoon. I told my husband, "there's no turning back" after sleeping on this purple mattress and when we returned home I immediately ordered our new Purple hybrid mattress. What I love about it is that I don't toss and turn all night, my hip pain has disappeared, it is cool to sleep on and provides just the right amount of support while feeling like you are sleeping on air. I have even convinced several of my friends to buy a Purple mattress since purchasing our own. It is well worth the money...hands down!

We purchased your mattress and it only last a year The insides fell apart and it made my hip numb. It was the worst bed we ever purchased. The platform creaked all night. My back issues returned so we through the mattress in the garbage knowing we will never get back our money. If your a guy who works hard as me and actually needs rest DONT buy this mattress.
