We have ordered the Frame and the Bed and then later ordered the Pillows. I delayed the review until I received the pillows. I feel that the pillows made a significant difference in our sleep. If you have a partner who is disturbed every time you get up to go to the bathroom during the night then this bed will definitely help. Prior to this bed my wife would complain and sigh everytime I left the bed even in the slightest degree - after onpurple bed she keeps right on sleeping. (Makes for a less grumpy spouse). I wish we could afford the adjustable frame but now this will do. I enjoy the bed and plan to purchase the booty pad - hope you enjoy this too!

I'm not sure that I notice a significant difference in the mattress other than it is super quiet! There are no noises whatsoever and moving around does not affect anyone else on the bed. It's a nice purchase, however, I almost returned because it is so hot!! Omigosh I swear way more than I did with By other mattress, but it is the sheets they give you with the bed that is completely intolerable. They have some sort of rubber incorporated in them. Although the sheets are very soft and comfortable, they hold heat in the mattress more than is bearable. So we have only used the sheets provided a few times before realizing where the extra amount of hot was coming from. Oy vey! They advertise the mattress has cooling effects.... ours definitely does not. And with their advertisement it says free refund.... Well it's not the bed being returned to the manufacturer, it's you donating it in the allotted time frame, submitting your donation receipt and hoping you get a full refund. Doubtful. Unfortunately. For that reason we decided to keep the mattress and deal with it. Ugh.

My wife and I bought this mattress after our old mattress started keeping us up tossing and turning in the night. The purple was easy to unpack and set up. After you open the packaging, it rapidly expands from being compressed. It only takes a minute or two, and its completely ready to go. The cover on the mattress is way soft! You can feel the purple hyperelastic polymer that makes up the top "grid-feeling" layer. I can definitely feel how it absorbs your heavier pressure points, while the lower memory foam layers help to act as a solid support for the other regions of your body that need to be supported. Another thing I love about the purple mattress is the fact that it is SILENT when you crawl into bed. Other mattresses make creeking or spring noises, but this one doesn't make a peep! Overall, this is a fantastic mattress that I would recommend!

My husband and I have needed a new mattress for a while and although I sell furniture/mattress, we both have different takes on what type of mattress we wanted. So, I did some research and we talked it over and made our decision on the purple mattress. It's amazing! I love the amount of support it gives. We both love it and couldnt be happier with the decision we made.

Thank you so much for your efforts in preparing something that is so revolutionary. Everytime i lay down, i say thank you Lord! Its honestly a huge difference in bedding. The price, the quality, you couldnt really ask for something better. The platform base is kind of a let down. But other than that Im so thankful for you guys!

After the first night on the original Purple mattress, I woke up the following morning with NO BACK PAIN for the first time in years! It's now been 3+ weeks since we received our mattress and I'm getting the best sleep I've gotten in years. I'd absolutely recommend Purple to anyone suffering from joint and back pains from their current mattress.

I love my new bed. My back feels great and I have had very little back issues since. All of the positive reviews are spot on. Might feel a little hard at first but with the right sheets and a few weeks its amazing. Best bed ever. Only part I was a little upset was after buying this, the pillow came out. Now if you buy a king sized bed it comes with the pillows. Still trying to save money to get the pillow as it must be as amazing as the bed.

There is nothing wrong with the service Purple provided, but after my wife was not getting the comfort she expected and a cost/benefit analysis, for me, has led us to return our mattresses. We loved everything about our Purple experience however the actual bed itself was more firm than we could handle sleeping on. Even though we had to wait to receive the queen size as it was out of stock, the customer service given was always timely, communicative and fabulous! We really had wished it would have worked out!

The first few days were horrible, body was so sore espically my back and also woke up feeling like i didnt even sleep. I considered returning but thought perhaps my body needs to adjust to the mattress. Now after sleeping on purple for a couple weeks now, I would say that my body doesn't hurt as much as before but still dont always feel so rested. I also feel like the mattress wont last as long as expected as i feel the imprints on the side where i sleep already. Im not quite sure ill recommend purple to any of my family or friends.
