I have some problems with the delivery and the time of delivery takes for ever was almost awhole month until the bed arrive plus some days after the payment, unfortunately is the 3 week and we still having problems to adapt to the bed and terrible back pain in the mornings. The product quality is really good as describe is just we are thinking is jot the right bed for us.

I am a side sleeper with a bad back and hip. This mattress is firm but you do not feel pressure points on your hip and shoulder. I tested out the Purple in a store which turned out to be the older style. It was softer which I really loved. The new style has a smaller grid pattern that is not as soft so if you are trying one in a store make sure it is a new model with the foam trim around the edges and smaller grid pattern. I still love my mattress and do not wake up stiff and sore like I used to.

We purchased the Original Purple in 2017 and we're very happy with our purchase until about 9 months later. The longer we have the mattress, the more we notice the level of support diminish. I've had to buy a latex topper to add to the mattress and still have horrible back and neck pain when waking up. I broke my back a few years ago and need a supportive mattress. My husband (who rarely has back or neck pain) had been waking up for the past couple of months with neck pain. He recently stayed a week in a hotel for work and said the bed there was so much more comfortable than ours. He didn't wake up once with neck pain while sleeping on that bed. We were looking forward to our Purple Mattress and would check daily to see if it had shipped. When we received our mattress we were so excited. The first 2 weeks were rough though as we adjusted to the mattress. I've been suffering from serious hip pain for the last year and my old mattress was doing nothing to help it. My husband and I tried buying a foam memory topper but it made sleeping super hot and now my back was bothering me, too. We decided to buy a mattress to replace the ten-year-old one. We looked over quite a few reviews and finally settled on Purple. I placed the order and then found out it would be longer than normal to receive it because they were behind schedule. I wasn't too annoyed....we'd slept on this other ****-bag for so long, what was a few extra days? But I was worried because the delivery would take place when we were away on vacation. I reached out to customer service and they were just awesome. They told me that I could schedule the delivery with Fed-Ex to suit my time and gave me the quick low down on how to do it. Crisis averted! The mattress arrived and we had to drag it up four flights of stairs (we live in a small apartment building in NYC) which was no mean feat! It is SUPER heavy all rolled up! We put it on the bed and followed the directions to open it. Lots of packaging but it was for protective purposes and did a great job. It opened up just fine and there was only a tiny chemical smell for about a minute before it dissipated. My husband and I stretched out on it and it felt great. I put the linen back on and we tested it out later that night (SLEEPING....get your minds out of the gutter). It's very firm, but, like in the egg demonstrations, it cushions pressure points really well. We like to sleep on both our backs and sides and this mattress works great for both positions. It's really firm but not hard, if that makes any sense. It took about three nights until I really felt like I was adjusted, but it has been so much better than what we were sleeping on before and I have no hip pain when I wake up in the morning. The only issue I do have is that whatever side I'm sleeping on, my arm falls asleep: probably due to the firmness. Other than that, we're super happy with customer service and the mattress.

I am so in love with my Purple Mattress. I am 32 weeks pregnant with twins and I would not be getting what minimal sleep I am without it. It helps so much with my back and hip pains. I love love love this mattress and recommend it to everyone I know!

This bed is incredible! At first we didn't like it, it made our lower backs hurt very badly. Then no pains! Anywhere! We are a bigger couple, both weighing roughly 260 pounds each.
