This Mattress feel comfortable when lying on your back. When i tried to sleep on my side it give me shoulder and hip pain. I am using a stretchy cover so it can stretch with my weight on it but the result is still the same. Something is wrong under the top surface, either the mattress is too thin or the bottom foundations is too hard. Deciding to returned.

I had been watching the commercials forever and was sold immediately on wanting one. But I had to wait several months before I could buy because reasons. The process of ordering and having the bed shipped was super easy. I had expected it to arrive several weeks after I had ordered (which was fine as I was in the process of moving into a family member's house after renovations would be complete). But it arrived within a week, and the PowerBase (I bundled the queen mattress and PowerBase) came within a few days later. Unfortunately it was almost 2 months before I could actually set the bed up and finally sleep on it. But I have to say the wait was WELL worth it! I've been sleeping on it for almost 2 weeks now and there's definitely a signifcant change in back pain and morning stiffness...as in it is GONE. I'm in my mid-30's so those kinds of aches and pains were relatively new to me, and probably would have only gotten worse had I stayed with a regular brand bed. I'm betting Purple has saved me from getting arthritis and other issues in the future. I LOVE Purple!

This is a great mattress. There's no shortage of explanations as to why and how. It will take some nights to get used to, and after that you will never want to do anything else. Also, you will never stop playing with the little hyperelastic toy that comes with all the mattresses. That said, I can't avoid the hilarious question: I ordered a twin. Why did I receive two sleep masks with it? I ended up giving one away. Kind of hilarious.

Initially I loved my purple. It felt great, slept cool, and supported me while I slept. Now, I have had the mattress for less than a year and have severe back pain every morning. I have back problems as it is, and now its even worse. It will sag where you sleep. When I roll from one side to the other of the bed, its like going on a roller coaster. I start out low, go up over a hump, and back down on the other side. I checked my box spring and even put a water cooler jug on it, and it does the same. DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS! It wears out very quickly and the initial great feeling that lasts less than a year is not worth the amount of money they are charging for this product. You are better off buying from a competitor. I have been trying to either get a refund or a better quality mattress from Purple all morning and I have not yet been able to even speak with someone from the company.

Have had my Purple 3 for a month now. I used to wake up every morning with back pain. From the first night on my Purple mattress, my back pain was gone. I also love the pillow and sheets. I bought the power base as well. There is nothing I don't like about my bed. I was hesitant to spend so much, but it's definitely worth every penny. VERY HAPPY

This is the best mattress I've ever slept on. Tenpurpedic and other full memory foam are good, but that polymer top layer the purple mattress has just feels amazing. It prevents you from feeling sunken in, while maintaining a soft but firm feel. Soft but firm may not make the most sense, but it makes more sense than you not trying this mattress. Do yourself a favor, go purple!

My biggest fear of buying a mattress online was -- what if we didn't like it -- now what? Well, our queen mattress came as advertised. It was heavy and felt good to lay on. I liked it a lot. My wife has had some back issues, and as it turned out -- the Purple didn't work for her. The good news, however, we donated the mattress to a local women's shelter and received a full refund -- EXACTLY as promised and advertised. You can trust this company!

The Twin XL mattress isn't just for kids! (I'm 33) My old Full size spring mattress wasn't giving me enough support so I downgraded the mattress size (price was definitely a factor) and I couldn't be happier with my new Purple mattress! I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night with minimal pain and stiffness in the mornings. Very happy with my purchase!

First off, the mattress feels great. All pressure points are gone, neck pain is reduced, and my wife sleeps through the night even though I still roll around. You NEED to have someone carry it with you. It is very dense and heavy, but not impossible to move. It opens very easily if you follow the instructions, just make sure you have it in the location you want - it's pretty hard to move later. It really is ready to go within minutes of unwrapping. Even with it on the floor, we could tell the difference. The Purple gel cushions you and eliminates pressure points. I have even stopped using a pillow because there is so much support. The foam could even be a little thinner, but there is a lot more room to absorb and shock. I don't necessarily sleep better yet, but I sleep deeper. My wife would wake up when I would roll over but now she sleeps through. Some have complained that "the gel doesn't go all the way to the edge," but a square mattress would be weird, so it really is fine. Maybe the foam could be a tiny bit softer, but it is good how it is. I can't imagine that the 10 year warranty will be an issue, but customer service was quick and courteous, so I would not expect that to be any difference. Great mattress, but you can't move it by yourself. Feels like quality!

Could not wait to get it! When it arrived the fun packaging was easy to open and boom a mattress!! Have slept great since night one, it's night 40 now. Just the right softness and firmness. And my biggest fear of being hot, well, keeps so cool not even an issue. Dump that old mattress fast!!!
