My wife and I were having major problems sleeping on our very expensive design store mattress. It was like sleeping in a hammock each night it sagged so much. My wife suffers from terrible back and hip pain. We were hooked by the Purple ads, the bed more that delivered on its promise of comfort and reducing pressure points. I can honestly say we are sleeping way better. I wondered how they could describe the mattress as both firm and soft, but now I get it, it is totally firm and soft at the same time! The top layer cradles contours and the under layers support. I am very happy with the service we received. We had a minor issue with the first mattress we got, customer service at Purple is great! Took cake if it immediately. We are loving the new cal king. I would recommend just get the Purple platform base right away, I waited and used the base we had, the purple base is unbelievably sturdy. Sounds like someone from the company wrote this, I swear I'm a real person and just really happy about how this purchase worked out.

Great mattress! I was slightly nervous about getting the base model now that there are "better" ones. I immediately noticed that I was sleeping better even with some odd pains that I quickly realized was my back aligning correctly. Those slight pains went away by the 3rd night. My posture seems better and I wake up feeling far better than on our old mattress. 5/5!

I had an old bed and was suffering back pain and hip every morning. I woke up many days with a headache and not rested. I saw the facebook ad for purple bed and started doing my research and decide to go for it. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE! As soon as I unwrapped my new Purple Bed I knew it was going to be great. The packaging and instructions were exactly what they had explained on YouTube. I laid down and immediately could feel the difference. I also got the Purple sheets and love them as well. Soft, stretchy, comfortable, breathable and a great color. They fit just like they said they would. I am sleeping better than ever. No more hip pain or back pain and I am a happy camper. Thank you

My order was processed immediately and a tracking number was provided and I appreciate that. The mattress is excellent and my body feels rested because of the unique support it offers. The only con is the huge thick purple plastic bag that the mattress was delivered in. Maybe the mattress can be rolled and tied up then inserted into a long cardboard box with a purple stripe on the outside for advertising. That plastic bag will be on the planet forever

I got the Purple 3 about 2 months ago and I have to say this is a great option for anyone. It is on the medium to firm side so keep that in mind. It is high quality and most importantly it got rid of my back pain. Like it's actually gone, I cant believe it. The bed is very comfy, stays at a neutral temp and it's bouncy which I like. If you are a back sleeper, don't think twice this bed will be amazing for you. If you are a side sleeper, like I am, I find it to be a little firm on the shoulders but again it completely relieved by back pain so no big deal. I am 6'4 and 210 lbs. I have to warn you it's a little painful the first week or so as you get used to sleeping on a quality bed. My ribs hurt for awhile but now everything is fine and they only time I wake up in pain is when I'm sleeping on a non-Purple bed. I won't give it 5 stars because it's expensive and the delivery took over a month. All in all it's a great bed.

I've been waking upnin pain because of my old mattress so when I decided I wanted a new one I instantly gravitated to purple because of all the good I've heard about them. Thank God I did, im not waking up in pain anymore which has greatly affected my overall mood starting the day. I even got my mom to look into one for her and her husband because they've been needing a new matress for a while, she tested it when she came over and loved it so much that she placed her order the same day.

I have had the mattress about 2 weeks and i have woke up with sore back and neck everyday i will say not as sore back from my last mattress but the one thing that bothers me the most is my neck i wake up everyday with sore neck ive tried diffrent pillows inc purple i never had this with old mattress

I was extremely interested in the plus. Tried a lot in stores, and thought the regular felt pretty good but just not enough support. So once the plus came out, I was like hey, this is it. So I ordered it. And absolutely hated it from day one :/. It's able to bottom out with larger individuals (200+, 6ft+, wide shoulders). I wake up daily in bad shoulder pain now and regret hauling my old king coil off a while ago. It really feels and supports like the regular edition with minimal differences. I feel like the price for the difference couldn't be justified sadly. And before support says anything - it's properly supported and I am using the specialty sheets purple sells. So it's nothing to do with anything but the bed sadly. Wish I coulda loved it, but I have to give this one a no go and a return.

We're a couple of two 140 lb people who purchased a Queen with 2 Harmony Pillows and the sheets. We cuddle, but one of us loves to sleep over the edge of the bed. One of us moves around a lot in our sleep. Our cat sleeps on/in between us as well. I noticed it keeps cool at nice as well, which is nice in the summer. We aren't sweaty sleepers either, but it it's great to not feel too hot or too cold. Our backs feel a lot better. We were used to sleeping on a misaligned piece of trash for so long that our bodies are shocked at being truly supported. Especially our fat booties which sink into the mattress instead of pushing our lower backs up. It's great! Recommend!!!
