I wanted to like Purple so much, that at first the mattress was disappointing. It is firmer than my old temperpedic, its heavy, and I realized how much money I spent... ...And then the back pain went away. And the cold sweats from overheating. The sheets are weird at first but absolutely wonderful, and the biggest surprise was the pillow. I have issues ending up on my stomach unless I have a very down pillow. When I got the purple pillow, I liked the feel, but didn't end up using it. Then all of a sudden I "accidentally" fell asleep on it. I woke up on my side, refreshed and FINALLY without neck pain. I went Purple and I love it.

My boyfriend loves the bed and has no more shoulder or back pain after waking up. Me on the other hand, I feel like I can feel every square when I lay on the mattress and I can always feel one right down the middle of my back. But at least he's sleeping good!

I travel a lot and stay in nice hotels, so looking for a mattress for home I asked a lot of questions about mattresses. I really did not like the memory foam, but when I saw the technology of Purple I was impressed. Absolutely love this mattress! Haven't sleep this good in years. Having pressure points sink in but rest stays aligned is amazing! 10 Stars!!!

Have had several mattresses over the years, trying to find one that doesn't give my wife and I back pain when we wake up. We're both side sleepers. Was very excited and optimistic about the Purple mattress arriving. Customer service was fantastic and they make the whole experience fun and customer friendly--right down to the unpacking of the mattress! We've only had it a couple of weeks, and although the mattress seems VERY comfortable when we go to bed and feels awesome--we still wake up with our backs hurting. Not sure, given the fact that we've been through so many mattresses that we can blame this on Purple, but so far it hasn't solved it for us. I'd still recommend this mattress just based on the customer service experience and cool technology.

This mattress is unbelievable! We have a king purple plus, and I've never slept better! My husband's restless sleep has greatly improved, and his snoring is almost non existent. I don't wake up with aches and pains anymore, and feel energized in the morning. I was skeptical, I didn't want to spend the money, I'm so happy I did. One of the best purchases I've ever made.

My mom had breast and lymph nodes removed she had trouble sleeping. After watching the Purple infomercials on Facebook I thought to give Purple a try. I explained my situation to the operator she spoke with her supervisor.They couldn't promise anything but they would try their best to expedite my order. A very short time later my mom was sleeping all through the night. You guys are freaking Awesome! I'm so humbled by the level of customer care provided by Purple feeling truly blessed to have Purple in our lives. The seat cushion is ridiculously comfortable. My mom loves her Purple Mattress. My mattress was delivered 2 days after I ordered it. It is so comfortable, soft, and firm enough, exactly how they say it is. I did the raw egg test for fun and the egg didn't break! I've had the mattress for a little over a month and I no longer have back pain and I sleep so well. It's the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. I would, and have recommended it to family and friends! It's great.

This is mine and my wife's first quality mattress purchase and we entered it with much trepidation. The reviews were amazing, thw we site was user friendly and the purchase, investment, felt secure with our money back trial period. We felt we had nothing to lose but we still kept our old mattress just in case. Since our Purple purchase, we slept on our old mattress twice for an objective comparison and those were two of the worst nights sleep we've had in a long time. It made us realize that our back problems were a direct result of our sleeping condition and that for all those years, we had gotten use to a bad nights rest. Needless to say, we will never be going back to cheap sub quality mattresses again. Thank you, Purple!

The mattress came and the excitement was high. This was our first queen size mattress purchase as a couple. We both wake up with back pain. The mattress noticeably slopes toward the middle which makes sleeping through the night impossible. It's been almost two months. For the past week we've been taking turns sleeping on the couch.

I needed a new mattress and did a lot of research to finally choose this one. I don't generally have back issues or aches and pains but some mattresses definitely don't leave me feeling spry first thing in the morning. After sleeping on the purple for about three weeks I've noticed that my body feels really good when I wake up now. And I've even had an easier time getting out of bed (I'm a hit the snooze button several times kind of gal). I'm totally sold on the purple mattress and I would suggest it to anyone. I've definitely never had a better mattress than this one.
