The mattress itself is good. A bit firmer than the original mattress from 2015. Took weeks to arrive. I called them, they said they would look into it, never heard back. Fed ex eventually delivered my mattress, however, they sent me the wrong size mattress. I called them, but they can't help you on the phone, you have to fill out a form to tell them what you just told them on the phone and send pics of the wrong size mattress. Then you have to work with a third party to schedule them to come pick up the wrong mattress. Then you get the correct mattress. They did not compensate me in any way for the month delay.

I LOVE my purple! I train Muay Thai 5xs a week and really needed something to help with recovery. This makes my spine feel like it's decompressing every time I lay down for bed. Not only that I'm sleeping longer and waking up in way less pain. It was odd getting used to at first, but after a few weeks I'm totally converted. I'll always own a purple now!

I finally got myself a purple mattress and after some hiccups when I sat down on it, the top was so much softer than expected. My fiance purchased the same exact mattress back in 2019 and his is way firmer and seems like it'll last longer. My purple seems to sag in the middle which is usually my concern. Heck the purple is even softer than my old mattress of 8 years. I am only on week 2 of trial so I will have to see the condition close to 100 days. The edge like soemr reviews say have no stability or support. A few times I almost fell off my bed when I sat on the edge because it sunk so low compared to my old mattress. I have lower back pain and sometimes shoulder pain due to being a side sleeper. If this solves the issue I have no complaints. My main concern is how long can I use this before the middle sinks down...it seems purple changed its design or material. For a medium firm this feels more like a soft. Did purple send me the wrong mattress? I will have to stop in the local stores to check myself.

I haven't napped in 20 years and I've taken 3 naps in the middle of the day since receiving my Purple mattress. I usually cannot fall asleep without sleep medication so this is huge. Even with medication I suffer from insomnia. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Since the purple mattress I am falling asleep quickly and I am staying asleep all night!! It is a dream come true!! Thank you purple! I also am a hot sleeper and suffer from night sweats. This mattress doesn't just not make you hot it is cooling. I only wish I'd bought one sooner. I'll never sleep on anything else.

I never thought I would ever find sleeping so phenomenal!!! I have fought for years trying to get comfortable sleeping until I found Purple. I don't get hot plus, I have 0 aches & pains while sleeping & I actually wake up pain free!!! Purple is phenomenal !!!

The mattress should be thicker or more dense if using a platform bed. I use a topper to make it more comfortable. Otherwise, the mattress is okay. There is no strong chemical smell.'

We have purchased multiple Purple mattresses before and liked them, but this one is incredibly hard and has not broken in yet after a month. We are still in the return window and debating what to do, but we are really disappointed in this mattress.

This is my second king-size Purple, and I will recommend them to anyone. They've held up to two humans with two mastiffs, but they're also amazing for one human and one cat. No pressure even on the sorest of workout days or bad back days.

I like the mattress, but I'm not obsessed. It has not changed my life, but it is comfortable for sleeping on my side and on my back. It also keeps its form after being inclined by the adjustable base.

Thinner than what we thought. Not really the right fit for us need a mattress thicker than this one and then think it would be perfect for us. I think we ordered the right mattress just the wrong thickness.
