I'd like to give a good review but the time it took when I ordered to the time I received everything and had a bed to sleep on was way too long. Took almost a week to even process my order and almost two weeks after to have the stand delivered. Nights are a lot longer on an air mattress.

I was skeptical on getting a new mattress from an online company. I normally have to go and try it prior to buy. I went ahead and ordered this mattress, thinking on the 100 days warranty, I gave it a try. I got the mattress and the frame (it was all or nothing since I was having really bad nights). After sleeping on this mattress for several weeks already, I only have one regret, My only regret, taking too long to place my order and get this mattress.

I never write reviews but this mattress and pillows will literally change your life. I broke my back a few years ago and have tried everything to get a good night's sleep and wake up pain free with no luck. My wife and I have had the Purple mattress for just a little over a month now. And so far and so good. Our old mattress was so hard It may take a little while to get used to a mattress that is softer. We both have been feeling better in the morning and not very much back pain. I''m sure it will take a little longer to get completely comfy with it. Just got back from a trip with friends and I could tell the difference sleeping on a reg mattress. This bed is so comfy! I've never had a new mattress before so I was not sure how much difference it would make compared to my mattress that I've had since I was in high school ( I'm 23 now ). It has instantly changed the way I sleep and it only took me about a week for my body to adjust ! I honestly could not get over how comfy it is and how much of a difference this bed has made . I will love this mattress until it wears out and will buy another one when that happens which I don't think will happen soon . Thanks for a great product!

At first, I was skeptical of all of the hype surrounding the Purple mattress and products. Then after several recommendations from my friends and family I decided to give it a try. The ordering process was simple and I felt very informed on when my mattress, pillows, and sheets were going to arrive. I immediately noticed a difference after just one night! The mattress is absolutely amazing, comfort as I have never felt before. The sheets are quite possibly the softest and most breathable sheets I have ever felt. Now the regular Purple pillow did take some getting used to, but after 3 weeks I can vouch for it as well. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my mattress, pillow, and sheets purchase. I did have to contact customer support regarding a slight error in my part on my order. They were happy to help and my issue was resolved without delay. I will definitely be ordering more Purple products. Thank you Purple!

I ended up returning the mattress after 90 days, it just wastn't right for my body. The amazing thing is that instead of sending it back, they let me donate it to a local Non-profit and still gave me a full refund. And it was quick. That a pretty amazing thing for a company to do, and I would recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to try Purple.

I purchased this bed because my back and hips would hurt so bad from sleeping. Just one night after sleeping on the purple mattress the pain was gone. This bed is super comfy and so are the sheets! I would definitely recommend the purple mattress to any one who suffers from back pain during sleep!

When we first ordered this mattress I was super excited as I've heard so many good reviews on it. The shipping was pretty fast, but had to wait a couple days longer for the bed frame to arrive. Upon opening my husband used the cutter provided and actually cut our mattress on accident. So I don't recommend using the cutter to get it out of the packaging. We've had this mattress for almost two months now and it does nothing for me. I wake up feeling like I was hit by a freight train. It does not cradle any pressure points and I wake up with pains in my shoulders, knees hips or wrists. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone, and if it was not damaged during opening I would send back for a refund.
