I thought my original mattress was bad because it started to sink slightly and my back was aching every morning I woke up. Turns out that I needed physical therapy. My "old" 3 yr old mattress wasn't hurting me anymore but I had already ordered the Purple. Well, I have no regrets about ordering. My limbs never fall asleep and even though I don't get enough hours in, I get quality sleep. I'll take quality over quantity anyday. P.S. Get your back evaluated before you make a big investment!

I've had back pain for over 10 years and 3 days sleeping on purple helped out allot. Great firmness and support but can't recommend the pillow. It is way too low and my neck is not comfortable but that's just maybe me you're experience may be different.

So first off let me tell you I am no stranger to comfortable mattresses. My last mattress was incredibly soft with it being a pillowtop/latex hybrid. Even so it really didn't have a lot of support and would leave me with back pains in the morning. About 3 months ago I started having troubles sleeping to the point I was maybe napping 1-2 hours a night. I started taking sleep aids which helped but I still would only get 3-4 hours and would feel even worse than getting 1-2 hours without the sleep aids. I ended up looking into getting a new mattress and have had my eye on Purple mattresses since the original. I was very happy to see they offer financing since the mattresses are very pricey. I ended up getting the Purple2 mattress in king size. They also had a pretty cool promotion going on at the time so I took advantage of that as well. The mattress came and I was excited to go to sleep that night! I finally was able to sleep the entire night! After having it for a month though I really wanted something a bit softer so I went with the upgrade to the Purple3. They exchanged the mattress for me with absolutely no hassles. When I got the Purple3 and laid on it I could tell there was much more cushion and it was way more soft. I've had the purple3 for a few weeks now and I'm absolutely in love with it! I don't even use my sleep aids anymore with the Purple3. I am a Purple Ambassador but these are my own words and 100% how I feel about this mattress. I have given multiple free testimonials on my social media accounts boasting about Purple for the simple fact that I can sleep again.

I have been struggling with a chronic back pain for years after a major car accident where I broke the car seat with my back after being struck from the back at full speed on a highway 22 years ago. I could not get a pain free night of sleep since then no matter what brand of mattress I bought. I tried them all. None of the expensive name brand mattress could grant me a comfortable and painless night of sleep. I saw the commercial video and started to dismiss it until I saw that the mattress consisted of individually supporting grid design. This caught my eyes as it made perfect logical sense. All stress point is dispersed out to the rest of the bed, but each point of stress provides separate support as well as absorption. This bed was designed by some clever people. I bought a queen size bed to try it out. I have been enjoying nothing but wonderful pain free nights of sleep ever since. It has been so long since childhood before the car accident since I last had a perfectly good night's sleep. I almost hate to get out of the bed in the morning. This is a truly remarkable product that delivered something which none of the other mattress vendors could. I quickly bought a King size version and had it delivered to my parents and took a vacation to visit them to assemble the bed for them. Now they too are enjoying the wonderful bed. If I needed additional beds in the future, I'll buy nothing but Purple from now on.

Had to replace the first mattress after only 7 months due to severe body indentationsand lack of support. Have had the replacement mattress for less than 4 weeks and it is deteriorating (body weights approximately 200 pounds and 110 pounds). Back problems are exacerbated. Refund should be given at this point or we will end up replacing the mattress every month for 10 years which is a waste.

I Have a twin XL basic model that I love so much I bought a queen basic model. Unfortunately the queen sleeps nothing like the twin. After a month of sleeping on the queen I filled out a survey in which I stated all of the issues it's been a week and no one has yet to actually respond so it seems not only are their beds inconsistent in quality but so is their customer service.

We spent many years on a memory foam mattress that, for the most part, was just ok. Since having the Purple mattress my wife and I see the real benefit of an immediate response mattress over a memory foam one. By removing the time it takes to 'settle' into a memory foam mattress, you become immediately comfortable and, if you turn as much as I alway have in bed, can ease into restful slumber much faster. When I'm on my back it is a nice mattress and you can feel the purple mesh and it's nice I guess. My main gripe is that I'm primarily a side sleeper and I find myself rolling around more often trying to find a more comfy position. On the other hand my wife loves and swears by it so, case by case basis I suppose. I'm a believer in value so if it costs the same as other mattresses then go for it but if it's a few hundred more I wouldn't bother

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I've enjoyed our Purple mattress from the unbagging to now having it for a few weeks. We bought the mattress because my husband wanted one. I've noticed a decrease in the amount of body pain I had that I didn't realize was related to our old mattress. I can now sleep on my stomach or side without the lower back pain I had before. I highly recommend.

I've had the purple for about 45days and it still surprises me at how comfy cushy it is and yet feel still solid. It definitely takes some time to get use to it. So far I feel my sleep gets better and better as I adjust to my purple. Here's to another 45days!
