I generally don't buy products whose ads are bombarded to me (or maybe that's just Google's targeting skills). I needed a new mattress, and wanted to splurge, and despite knowing about Purple I went with another brand, regretted and then bought a Purple. It is amazing. Like a good firm mattress, you sort of float on top of it, and don't quite sink in at all. Unlike a good firm mattress however, there is no resistance during movements. For example while you are turning from back to side, the mattress feels very soft, but as you stop moving it is firm again. Leaning on the mattress from the side feels soft too. It is not magically changing itself - you can feel the grid structure as you are maneuvering, but all of it just feels great. I have started to have deep dreamless sleeps the past few weeks and I wake up refreshed. What a great mattress.

My husband and I are cuddlers, and comfort is very important to a great sleep! Our senior aches and pains took several weeks, but slowly they all eased to a happy place! We are both very happy that we chose Purple! Thank you for the reasonable price!

I bought my twin extra long purple mattress probably a year and a half ago and I have an adjustable bed. lately I've had terrible sciatica and I believe it's because the machinery of the adjustable bed is poking through the mattress right where my sciatica is in the side of my hip this is the only problem I've had but it's quite serious so remember this is the very first Purple the very first one it's about 5 inches deep so I am ordering a a mattress topper because I don't want to have to buy another' mattress

I'm sleeping much deeper and longer than with my previous mattress. Great support no matter how you sleep. I knew I wanted something firmer, but even my wife who loved her super soft mattress loves the better support. Even better with stretchy sheets.

We bought this mattress fully intending on returning it after the trial period... instead we ended up scraping together the money we needed to keep this wonderful item. For the first time in my life I consistently woke up on my back after a great night sleep. This may not sound like a big deal but I NEVER SLEEP ON MY BACK. I'm always a side or belly sleeper. Since buying the mattress I've never woken up with back or side pain or neck pain. My wife is about 6 months pregnant and she hasn't had to cocoon herself in various pillows. This is literally the Mattress to end all mattresses. If I had to I would buy a "Purple" mattress every year... here's hoping it last longer than that though. THANK YOU PURPLE

I absolutely LOVE the Purple mattress !! My husband and I decided to give Purple a whirl after much research and I must say I am glad we did !!! He is in Maryland for work and I am in Ohio, I have the mattress and when he comes back and sleeps, he is out like a light ! The mattress he has (our old mattress) is hard and wearing out. It wasn't comfortable at all! This mattress is like laying on a cloud !! I am constantly telling people about this mattress and have had a few message me asking about it !! Try it ! Everybody try it !!!!! I wish I had enough to get the mattress base. It is currently on the floor. Thanks Purple for being so great !!!!!

I LOVE this mattress! For the past two years I've had real issues with hip & back pain. After sleeping on my new Purple Mattress for a couple weeks, the pain in my hips are completely gone & my back is vastly improved! The mattress is soft on the top portion, cradling the body just as the advertisement says, under the soft, waffle type material is a supportive, dense material that is pretty firm. The mattress as a whole was firmer than I anticipated but exactly what my body needed! Firm it is, but not hard. I'm truly having much better sleep & have recommended my mattress to a few friends. Th as no you Purple People for my fantastic mattress!!

When we got it delivered there was no way I could lift it or drag it into the house, my husband had to do it, so it is really heavy, I suggest if you live alone or are a small person you will need to have a friend come help you get in to your place and get it to your bedroom. It was a real pain to get it unwrapped, lifted on to the bed , and get the plastic off. It really needs a sticker so something indicating which side is up so when you unwrap it you dont unwrap it wrong side up, which is what we did. I took a star off for these reasons only. The mattress was really uncomfortable the first week, but only because we where sleeping on crap and our muscles where not accustomed to having proper support so we had some soreness but now I dont want to sleep anywhere else! We are loving this mattress and both sleeping great! No more hip or back pain, and its not hot at all for a foam mattress. I will not buy anything other than a Purple from here on out. I suggest buying one right now and giving it a go! Oh and buy their mattress protector! please do it! Its soft and it's already come in handy (dog threw up on our bed) so yea add it to your purchase its worth it.

This is our 3rd purple purchase. Our first was for my wife and I, we purchased a queen size and had for 5yrs. 6 months ago we upgraded to a king size and gave our queen to our daughter. Recently our middle son moved into his own room(was sharing a room with our youngest, and we purchased a twin long for him. These mattresses are the best sleep you'll ever have. Our family loves our purples!❤️ You can't go wrong with Purple and their customer service is 2nd to none. Go for it!

I've had the hardest time sleeping or being comfortable in bed. I'd wake up many time through the night, felt impossible to fall asleep, flip flop around all night and wake up sore. Literally my husband and I would sleep on the couch because our bed was so bad. My husband got us this bed for v day and I literally didnt know it was possible to sleep so well. As soon as I climb in bed however I lay I'm comfortable. I don't have to flip flop around to 'get comfortable ' best decision we have ever made was to buy this mattress.
