This is an incredible mattress and is VERY comfortable. I've slept better on this than any mattress ever. The platform base is easy to put together and very strong. The sheets are INSANELY comfortable and also amazing. However, the bed arrived with several small and one large loose threads and strings already coming apart. I'd attach a photo if they let me. Very disappointed in that, otherwise everything has been great. They probably won't publish this review, but almost $2,000 worth of stuff, I would expect a better QA process or just a better focus on quality.

Strangest mattress that I ever slept on. You kind of have to crawl your way to the middle and then plop yourself in your desired position. If you sit on the edge of the bed it becomes a slope and you could fall off. lol I like the comfort, like sleeping on jello. The mattress is a little smaller than my previous queen mattress, maybe 2 inches per side. The free purple sheets that came with the bed are very soft, however the top sheet is overly stretchy and doesn't stay in the middle. Easy to get tangled up in it by morning and then you have to fight your way out of bed. The purple bag that the mattress came in is really cool. I saved it. Perhaps tho, it might be a good idea to mark which end the instructions are in. I didn't even know there was more in the bag until after i watched a video on installation. I do like the little purple beds they include great for our happy plushies. I look forward to many great nights of sleep. I am completely satisfied. : D

At first skeptical about buying a matress online without seeing in purpose but took time to research and we could not be more satisfied with purchase. No surprises, came as advertised and true to your word. Thank you for offering a very comfortable matress, well designed, easy to install.....highly recommend the matress.

The Mayress itself was much softer than I expected. I am used to more firm but I do sleep well in this mattress. I can feel and obvious difference in getting or waking up. I feel much less aching or soreness. During checkout I was told by online support that I would automatically receive the Free purple pillow as this was the promotion at the time however that was never honored.

I have just swapped from a very expensive and very nice mattress that I have used for years. One of my biggest issues was how hot I would feel in the middle of the night. This mattress keeps me cool and really is comfortable. I have experience shoulder pain for years and could no longer sleep on my side. I'm able to actually lay on my side longer with this mattress and really feel comfortable when laying flat on my back. I wake up in the morning and get right out of bed feeling better instead of before when I would stay in bed and have to force myself up feeling exhausted still. Unfortunately for me, I bought this as it was the latest product and a month or so later they released three newer models that are all quite a bit more expensive and supposedly more comfortable. I do wish these were available at the time but I likely won't be in the market for a new mattress anytime soon. One other small issue is with the thickness of the mattress. They say you don't need a box spring with the Platform base but you can feel some of the supports when climbing on the bed or sitting up. I think a small box spring would fix this issue but I didn't order one as it was listed as not needed. I really would love to list this as a 5 star rating but there were a few small issues with this mattress. Some of these may have been corrected with the new version that released right after my purchase.

This is our 2nd Purple Mattress. The first was delivered, opened, and placed on our bedframe. Due to COVID, the 2nd mattress needed to be just delivered with instructions on setting up. No problem, right? Well, the delivery service was FedEx Home Delivery, which lied about making an attempt for delivery and then lied about whether or not we could go and retrieve the bed at the FedEx location. In reaching out to Purple's Customer Service Team, we continued to get the runaround on where our bed was and when our bed would arrive. We spent two days and many, many hours on the phone, internet, etc. trying to figure out where the bed was, which by the way, was delayed many, many days beyond the original delivery date. In the end, we had to take matters into our own hand and go out to the FedEx Home Delivery location and retrieve the bed ourselves. It made for a less than pleasant experience; however, the bed sleeps just as nice as expected--no complaints there.

I probably set my expectations too high. It was great at first, but now or lately, it feels like the initial support is gone; the mattress gives up during the night, almost taking me to the center, and I do not feel any significant difference with my previous bed, except on the cost, perhaps. I did buy the twin size in advance before I buy the queen and king size for the new house, and I am sorry to say I will not be being doing that base on this experience, which is not terrible, but it's just ok, so I can't justify the extra expending. On the other hand, I have purchased the seat cushions for my home office sets, hoping those work better, so keep the good work. I hope this review helps you keep improving. Kind regards Aldo

I needed a new mattress badly. Being 6'8" I have a higher likelihood to get back and hip pain. My old mattress just intensified the pain. I wanted to find the right mattress for me. After watching multiple videos reviewing purple mattress, and reading reviews on forums, I was sold. And it has been a great decision. I haven't had an issue, and it feels amazing to lay down on. I also love the harmony pillows, so comfortable, with the grid. But be aware, the harmony pillows are not king sized, so they are smaller like than normal. But worth it.

I have had the bed for a few weeks and I'll be honest I am not sold on it yet. It seems so firm. I think I might be too light to actually have it fully support me. I am a side sleeper and I hardly "sink" into it on my pressure points. Its just that I wake up and I don't feel like my spine and neck have been in alignment all night and it makes my back hurt. I will give it more time in case I am one of the ones who goes through a longer adjustment period.

We're so in love with our Purple mattress! We've had our original for almost 4 years and needed a second one for our beach house (obviously). The king gives us a little extra room to stretch out & the platform is a must! Easy to set up and amazing to sleep on. I also recommend the purple pillow, a pillow that finally supports my head & neck!
