I ordered a purple mattress and a couple accessories online with a 1-3 week estimate. My accessories arrived within a week and I got a shipping notice that my mattress shipped a couple days later. After a couple days my mattress stopped getting updates from FedEx. Purple customer service stated they had a contact at FedEx that stated they found the mattress and I'd have it right away. A week later I still didn't get it and called FedEx. They stated the mattress was lost a long time ago. I contacted purple and they stated they would expedite a new one after a couple days. They never did and just kept stating I'd definitely get it in a couple days over and over. Finally they ghosted my emails and I had to call. They gave me crap about the accessories being past 30 days and wanted me to pay to ship them back. I stated I was willing to pay extra for a hybrid if they could ship it in couple days and never responded. I asked to cancel my mattress order since it's been a month with no telling when/if I would get one. I'm still waiting for them to actually cancel my mattress order so I can finally buy a bed from somewhere else that won't lie to me over and over. it's a shame as I really think I'd like the product.

I have slept on a Temperpedic for a long time, and have had shoulder problems for years. When I slept I was continually in pain. Even after my shoulder replacement I was still in pain when I slept. So I tried Purple. My pain is gone, I can sleep all night. In the morning I used to get up and my sheets and blankets were in a wad from tossing, now in my Purple My bed looks like no one slept in it. I love this bed.

I have only had my Purple mattress for a little over a month, but I could tell the difference after just one night!! I could even feel my spine realigning itself in the first week, and now I find myself sitting up straight more often. I sleep through the night, and don't even wake up when my husband gets out of bed at 5am for work! This mattress is amazing!!! Get yourself one ASAP!!

I used to have a purple. Then... My partner and I split and she kept the mattress. For a month I slept on decent pull-out with a memory-foam topper. Pain. Restlessness nights, horrible back pain. Then I had enough. When I finally reached a place to order a new mattress I didn't have to think about where I would go for my mattress. I've been back in this purple cloud and living and sleeping in luxury since. It's life-changing.

I am truly sorry to say that we are letting this one go. My wife finds it hot, I feel it is too firm for me. I believe it is a well made bed and would last a long time. It's just not the right one for us. I'm no engineer by any stretch but if the purple part was doubled I believe it would feel much softer? Thank you for honoring your trial period, that alone proves you are a good company.

I always been a fan of the commercial and really wanted to try purple our however my wife was worried about buying a mattress online without trying it. Luckily Mattress firm started carrying purple and I was first in line to try it out. My wife and I fell in love with it right away. We even went to a different store to try a Tempur-Pedic just to be sure we liked purple better and we did! Now I look forward to sleep and getting up in the morning doesn't feel like a chore. Maybe its because I sleep better in the night. This is not a fake review I am a real buyer. Follow me @Zekethompson22 for proof. I am a big fan of purple!

My husband convinced me to buy this new mattress. I didn't know I needed it till now lol. I work on my feet all day and it's really nice on my back and joints. I don't even wake up when my husband leaves early for work! Huge shock for me because I'm a very very light sleeper.

I have a terrible back injury and have sleep number bed as my main bed but I have two purple mattresses in my guest room and in my son's room. While you cannot adjust them they are fantastic and are on par with the much more expensive sleep number bed. I'm not sure how they are made but I could sleep on the purple mattress all night no problem . I have pain no matter what but this mattress help greatly lessen it.

This bed is great, and I only know of it because of Tim and Eric. I thought it was a fake product. A few months ago my friend got one, and he said it's great, so when my stimulus check finally came in last month, I decided to spend it on one of these. Best mattress I've ever slept on. My back pain is so much less than it used to be now.

I had really high expectations for this mattress as I live in Florida so I was excited to try out the improved air flow. I found the airflow was an improvement however the mattress is so firm I am having extreme back pain from sleeping on this mattress. My figure is relatively small (5 4' & 110lbs) it seems like I don't have enough weight laying down to push the mattress down resulting in an extremely hard bed and am very sore in the morning.
