I was apprehensive at first because of some many different companies out there selling almost the same kind of Mattresses. I took the leap and ordered one for my son. He's a teenage football player. After the first night there was only words of praise from my son. Due to his response I bought one for my daughter. Hopefully I will get the same results from her.

Too firm for our liking, after trying for 50 days. Be aware that if you don't return within 30 days they will not give you credit for the base or sheets. Glad we did not go for the expensive base. Feel return policy needs to be changed. Get the mattress for 100 night but base for only 30, doesn't make any sense.

I have been wanting a purple mattress since I saw an ad for one around 2016-ish, and a friend of mine finally got me one. I have just gotten home after a very long and tough move and a whole year of sleeping on a combination of the ground and a cheap memory foam mattress. Only 4 nights of sleeping on this thing and my arthritis is already better. I am completely astounded. I am so excited to go to sleep every night now. Thank you Purple Matress.

I'm back / stomach sleeper as my girlfriend is a side/stomach. She has a hard time still getting comfortable she says its to firm for her, and as for me yes it is a little firm but I wake up with no backpains. But we just got the mattress 2 weeks ago so it could be that we need to get used to it.

I have converted to the belief in the one true god of semi-solid grid of purple goo that bestows upon all who lay upon it with delicious sleep. Comfort like I have never felt before, I welcome the inevitable bed sores with open arms as I know that the GRID will gently cradle them as it does all other parts of my body.

I'm not even concerned about the 100 night trial at this point. After the 60 days the original purple was already better than my Nolah mattress. So now the other mattress is for the guest room. I don't recommend sitting long periods of time if you work from home, because the mattress isn't for those that would want something totally firm. It's soft for every curve of your body, but feels like it's also holding you with the least amount of pressure possible, as opposed to feeling like your sinking in until you reach a flat surface. So it's soft, yet supportive like it's cradling you.

I was having alot of back problems because my old mattress was just old and worn out, no support left in it. I had been wanting to give Purple a try for quite a while and I'm glad I finally purchased one. After a month sleeping on my new mattress my back is doing so much better. Would definitely recommend.

The mattress was great. It was a replacement for one that had foam issues. The packaging wasn't as nice as the original as the internal bag was open and the mattress was trying to inflate. There were no marks on the purple carrier bag, but the internal bag was open so the mattress not sealed. Made getting it out and set up a bit more difficult. Disposal of the old mattress was finally accomplished. The service you use to pick up mattresses for disposal doesn't service Central Florida. A few minor things all in all.

Slept on it for a month , has a good balance between firm and soft. Girlfriend was not a fan so I decided to return. 4 stars because I had to go out of my way to return the mattress and it took over a month. But, I didn't get a full refund and was overall satisfied with the process.

I am to light for the bed... I had a really bad back for about 2 weeks then got the bed tried it out 3 or so days past, it seemed to make my back worse. I ended up buying a memory foam topper about an inch to fill comfortable. The positive is that I don't toss and turn while asleep. I don't know prices on mattresses, but I don't think I would pay 1k again. P.S. I stioll have back pain it's just not as bad, (been about a month and a half.)
