At first I was stoked and loved it. I am a bigger girl at 300 pounds. I missed on there where it said that it has about a 300 pound limit. I feel like it's already worn out in one spot. I think I may be returning the mattresses. I love the power base though !!!

The mattress itself is GREAT. I have to say I am not too pleased with the foundation. The mattress rests on a 16inch metal frame and even though the mattress itself is sturdy enough to not transfer motion, the frame is squeaky and noisy and every time my husband moves, it wakes me up. There is also no "box spring" you rest the mattress on so it moves easily if you bump into it. Overall, mattress itself is EXCELLENT, NOT happy about the foundation.

My last mattress was terrible military style after I bought the purple mattress I notice immediately I was sleeping much better I'm waking up less I also notice that a few back pains that I had went away I have it now for two years and it's great hasn't gotten flat surfaces I'm 265 lbs. Something i was worried about

I had the highest expectations waiting for this mattress & I'm not sure why I'm not adjusted to it yet. It's been at least 2 weeks now and honestly my back hurts the same if not more. It seems soft when you first lady down but quickly feels very uncomfortable and I still toss & turn at night. My wife isn't thrilled with it either. I'm not ready to give up on it as I'm hoping it just needs more time to break it in. I just feel let down so far. I'm really hoping it gets better soon because i'd really like to get the sleep I see some others say they're getting in videos I've seen. Are all the mattresses made exactly the same way? I feel like maybe I got a dud. I hope it gets better.

We had originally purchased the Original Purple mattress from Mattress Firm. Unfortunately he had a bad experience and canceled our order 2 weeks after it was suppose to arrive. They only wanted to blame the problem on Purple and had poor customer service. Every single interaction we had with Purple was AMAZING! Everyone was so helpful and polite. We ordered our mattress and received it in the 9th day. It was easy to set up even though the tool and instructions were missing. The mattress itself is perfect and so comfortable. I am a side sleeper and am also currently pregnant. Now while pregnant you do not get the best sleep ever but Purple definitely makes sleeping much better. My husband is a stomach and back sleeper and he enjoys the purple mattress very much.

Before buying this bed, I was getting an average of 5-6 hours of broken sleep. Waking up with hip and lower back pain. The very fist night on the Purple Matress, I slept a complete 9 hours!! Woke up feeling like a million bucks! Every night from then on out has been about the same. I now get anywhere between 8-13 hours of sleep. Depending on my work schedule of course. I am completely happy that my husband and I decided to try this AMAZING bed!! Totally worth every single penny!!!

We're three weeks in and my shoulder and hip pain while in bed are getting better but I'm still having back pain and I think it's because my body insists on sleeping on my stomach! I try so hard to sleep on my back or side and always wake up on my stomach! My husband is loving it though!

The bed is rough when you first start to sleep it needs to be softer or simulate more of a real mattress on top. Once your sleeping in it it's good. It's just that initial 20 minutes, is a little uncomfortable. Definitely not a mattress for people who sleep on their stomachs. First off it feels terrible no to mention it causes knee problems. I enjoy the big difference of size in the beds, from having a twin and now having a queen. It sleeps great but I tend to have soreness throughout the day in my back. When I'm in bed it is great and have no problems. It stays super cool and thats very nice since I get hot easily.

I was skeptical about buying and spending the money on this. I did my research paper n it and read through hundreds of reviews. I finally pulled the trigger and bought one and I'm 100% satisfied. The only thing I feel like is bad is putting the mattress cover out on it. I feel like the mattress doesn't do it's full purpose of cooling with it on. But other than that. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.
