It's not terrible to drink, but I wouldn't pick it if I had options. It's not really creamy but it is 1%. There is less fat, less sugar, and more protein, plus it taste better! Not to mention it's lactose free, my body is happy. It was so good in my coffee this morning, plus it's good on its own. I love that it is shelf stable, it's so easy to take on trips or in lunches. My young adult boys loved it too, if only it were around 20 years ago.

It's natural sweet. I really enjoyed the creamy texture of the milk. Also its shelf life is pretty long until opened. Then it must be refrigerated. In my experience the aftertaste is mild and dissipates.
