Received a HP ENVY 7858 printer from Sam's. Printer would not connect with HP Instant Ink. HP tried hard to fix the problem. Decided it was a hardware issue. Notified Sam's. Immediate response. Sam is sending a new ENVY 7858, U will return the first 7858 to Sam's. You can not expect more than that. While I am disappointed the first printer was defective, I could not be more pleased with Sam's and HP.

This printer set up easily and has worked good since. Setup was accomplished using a HP web site which was not what I expected but it worked fine. initial cartridges are still working for us. We have multiple PC's on a network and that is working fine also.

Had this about three weeks. Easy set up and prints great. Photos are easy to print from your phone and they turn out beautiful with the high quality photo paper

Miss the days of great paper instructions. Needed to follow the printer display prompts and download HP's print program and have yet been able to connect the laptop to wireless printing, but the iPhone prints just fine. The pictures a crisp but have a weird border.

My only complaint is there is not a CD used to install it with. It shows WiFi connected but when I put it as the primary printer it does t show up as such.

Working from home now like everyone else my decade old HP 8600 stopped working. Did a little research and found the Envy. It is lighter and prints much quicker. The app isn't perfect but the printer is solid. I would definitely recommend this printer. Up and running for a few months now and satisfied, it's a quality printer.

Setup was easy. Have not tried to fax but everything else works well. I'm not thrilled about information being passed through the cloud, but that's our current reality. There may be a way around that using hardwired connections, though wireless is so much easier.

I have purchased, over the years, different printers. There has not been one printer that I could not get the wireless printing to work effectively. However, I spent "HOURS" trying to connect wirelessly. I followed online instructions that help when the connection is not working. I had to "search" for the HP customer service number. After letting the technician remote access, he reconfigured the connection...the reconfiguration was not anything that had instructions for me to complete. I was mad about the time, frustrated that I had to have configuration completed via remote access but now that all is hooked up...it is great.

Needed a photo printer for kid craft projects because my other NEW HP keeps putting lines on the pictures. This new HP does also. Will try a few methods suggested to see if the pictures improve otherwise back it goes. 20 years ago I bought this HP all in one - absolutely the best printer ever - had it for 18 years before problems started. I have purchased 4 HPs since and all started having issues. I have tried other brands but the new printers are just junk.
