[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher was pretty full, so after breakfast I added more dishes and started it right away. The bottle says no pre rinse needed. So from a breakfast plate that had ketchup on it still - it didn’t come off. I did another load of dishes the next day and not all of the dishes come out clean even with a partial pre rinse. I also don’t think dish detergents need to have a strong scent. Doesn’t seem right eating off of it. However, they shipped it in a plastic bag and there were no leaks when I opened the package. Lid was easy to open, and product is easy to pour out, but this product is just not for me. I will be sticking to pods.
