[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used a gel dishwashing detergent in some time so I was curious if it would work as well or better than the pods that I had switched to. It worked fine, but I didn't notice a notable difference in its effectiveness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff cleans dishes really well. I have used other cascade products before but had never used this platinum gel fresh. You just pour it directly into your dishwasher's detergent dispenser and you are ready to go. My dishes were very fresh and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the product performance is very good. It is removing all the food, grease, sticky residues… plates come up sparkling clean. However there is still a smell left that requires re-rising with bleach. Also the chemicals in the product are a bit of a concern to me. Even if I can clearly see the performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually stick to pods and haven't considered using gel or liquid dishwashers. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use and how effectively it cleans my dishes. Unlike some comparable brands, it doesn't leave a film on my dishes, which is a great.
