The application is quick and easy, and it provides great protection when I spend a lot of time outdoors or at the beach. It has good absorption and doesn't leave my skin feeling overly greasy. I especially like that it holds up well with sweat and feels comfortable on my skin. Definitely a great sunscreen for active summer days!

I'm not sure if it protects me better than an SPF 30 would but I didn't get burned. Love the spray, it's so much easier to put on than a lotion. As for water resistance, I couldn't really tell since I wasn't really paying attention to that aspect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Neutrogena Sport Active Defense SPF sunscreen is great for those hot sunny sweaty active and/or pool days. The mist is fine and drys quickly without leaving a film or white cast. At first initial spray it does feel a little sticky but quickly goes away. It stays on even on the hottest sweaty days or even while in the water. It has a refreshing light mint scent which I prefer over the chemical smelling sunscreens. This is my new favorite SPF spray and carry it with me to reapply if needed. It's great for that advanced sweater and swimmers. I apply 15-20 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every couple hours when needed.

It absorbs well into my skin and doesn't feel too sticky or heavy. It also doesn't leave much residue after application .
