I like more of a soft-medium firmness on my mattress and the Purple mattress is pretty firm but at the same time it's pretty comfortable. After a month using the mattress, I decided to purchase the Purple pillow and I have yet to wake up with a kink in my neck which was a normal thing for me in the mornings. It's not a fluffy pillow top mattress like I'm used to but I'll take the no back and neck pain any day! I'm really surprised how comfortable I actually sleep in it. Another plus is that my husband, who suffers from night sweats, has yet to sweat while sleeping on this mattress which is pretty amazing in itself!

I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and chronic pain, after getting the purple mattress my morning stiffness has decreased by more than 75%. I would recommend this mattress to anyone with back pain or other chronic pain conditions! I love my Purple!!!

I will say thos the matress does exactly what its advertised to do. It for sure contours to your exact body shape without pushing you out of alignment, at least if your dense enough. For my husband it is the most comfortable matress he has ever slept on, but he is considerably heavier than me. I wake up with back and hip pain because I just dont weigh enough to cause it to conform. I am typically a stomach or side sleeper, but I have been forced to change to being a back sleeper to mitigate pain in the morning. I keep hoping it will give just a little the longer we sleep on it, because my husband is so happy with it.

We replaced an expensive hybrid coil/memory foam/pillow top mattress that was less than 3 years old with the purple mattress and it is amazing! My husband and I are both experiencing better sleep and less pain because of the purple mattress. I also purchased the purple mattress cover and sheets - super stretchy and so so soft! I also love that the sheets stay super tight on the mattress - no bunching and no slipping off the corners. We love our purple mattress!

For the most part, it is wonderful!! I was hoping for a little bit more give at my shoulders--they still feel sort of "folded over" when I wake. It also feels quite warm to both my husband and myself. But, by fewer blankets, we are able to be more comfortable. Thank you, Kathleen

Never have i felt or slept on a bed more comfortable and supportive than the purple. I look forward to seeing my bed at night. I fall asleep quick and stay asleep all night. The sleep is so solid it feels like i wake up 10 minutes after falling asleep. This is a amazing mattress. Must buy and never need another one.

My mattress came right on time. It was very easy to set up. I tend to be able to sleep on something as hard as a floor. In comparing all the mattresses I narrowed it down to the purple mattress. After having the same mattress for so long it was a bit difficult to get used to a new mattress but I have to say I really like it. It feels just a little bit soft for me but otherwise I love the texture on the top, I love the feeling of staying cool and it's really comfortable.

Except for FEDEX, I had a wonderful experience with PURPLE. Everyone of the Purple representatives has exceptional phone skills. They even went the extra mile when my shipment was messed-up at the FEDEX center. (not PURPLE'S fault) and offered to make my deal a little sweeter. Just based on the PURPLE staff alone, I would buy from them, not to mention the wonderful product itseld. Nicely done.

This company doesn't stand by their product!!! The mattress cover zipper broke less than 1 year of having the bed. I didn't worry to much about it because i thought i had a 10 year warranty . When I moved my bed 2 years and 1 month after purchasing the mattress i decided to see about getting a replacement cover. The message i got back was to bad you have had it for over 2 years it is no longer covered. I guess my next bed wont be a purple mattress. You would think they would cover it since it broke well before the warranty and i reported a month past the 2 year warranty (my bad). READ THE FINE PRINT.... the 10 year warranty they boast about does not include the cover. Poor good customer service.

It's a good bed comfy as can be. My wife and I went with the purple 4. My one complaint of the bed is for a cooling barres I feel it holds more than anything. I wake up sometime with a sweaty back. Maybe it's because we have the four and it sinks. The price is extreme but hopefully we get our money's worth.
