I was in need of a new mattress and had heard several great things about Purple. We received the mattress but currently in the process of exchanging it as this one has issues. It is extremely comfortable and keeps my body cool with no aches/pains when I awake. The only downside is the process to file a return under warranty is rather ridiculous. It took 11 business days to receive a response after filed and speaking with a customer service rep. Lets hope its solved promptly from here out. I would recommend the mattress either way!

And polyurethane foam has a TERRIBLE chemical smell, it is toxic no matter what stamp of approval it has, especially people with chemical sensitive systems, you basically lie in your commercial saying we do not use memory foam but you do use foam, chemical toxic polyurethane foam is as bad, as offgassing as any other foam. Look at your reviews you have slot of COMPLAINTS about terrible smell but because people are desperate to sleep and you may have one component that is ok they put up with smell not understanding that this toxic smell will make them sick whether they smell it or not. Shame on you and a whole lot of other companies using garbage and lying

The mattress feels incredibly comfortable and the quality of my sleep definitely improved as I feel more rested in the morning. However sleeping a full night is still challenging, mostly because of the time it's taking me to adjust to this new mattress. So no perfect sleep on first night for me!... The mattress cover somehow did help so i would recommends that people get it along with the mattress.

So I had my doubts as to whether this mattress would live up to the marketing. I have to say it's exceeded it for the past 20 days that we've slept on it. I have no intention of returning it, and am considering replacing our two year old mattress in the guest room with a queen sized purple.

I thought for sure the mattress would be overrated but it turned out to be surprisingly comfortable and actually does keep you cool! I was used to getting really hot at night but not since we got the purple mattress. On the other hand, my husband purchased one purple pillow and after a few nights stopped using it.

My wife and I are in our fifties. Although we remain physically active (perhaps because of it :-), more things hurt more often than they once did. The Purple mattress is a complete game changer in comfort. We've both noticed we seem to get to sleep more easily and more deeply (more restful) than traditional mattresses ever did. Two weeks after we started using Purple, we travelled during the recent Holiday season and ended up so looking forward to getting back home to sleep on Purple once again. We would highly recommend it to "anyone who sleeps" (to quote your fantastic YouTube ad).

We had a Swedish sleep system for 10 years and after 10 years of pain and misery every single morning we finally saved the money to buy a new mattress. What a difference it made, no more miserable mornings trying to stretch out! Love it and thank you!!

I was nervous. How could a bed help MY back? I can't even lay on my back. 11 bulging discs, 2 herniated discs, RA... I'm in pain all day. But it did. It took me a month to adjust, because my body was against me. My body wanted to sleep certain ways that I didn't need in this bed. Once my sleep self realized I could relax, I slept alot better. And now? I almost never wake up in pain, I can lay on my back all night if I wanted, although I don't, I'm a side sleeper, and I'm comfortable temperature wise all night. This was the best purchase I have EVER made. And I love my frame. It's so tall. And sturdy. No noise what so ever. Thank you purple, for giving me my life back :)

I have 3 of these mattresses, so clearly I love them. The last one I ordered for my dad, and there was a snafu with the shipping. It was Fedex that made the error, but the purple team reached out afterwards and made sure things were good, and sent me a set of sheets for the trouble. If you have a bad back like most of us, this is the mattress for you. There is nothing else like it period.

This is hands down the best mattress I have slept on in my life. It has the same 'body sinking in' feeling like a memory foam mattress with much better support. I remain cool throughout the night and moving around the bed is very easy. Whether I'm on my side, stomach or back, I am very comfortable and have no aches or pains. The bed is very heavy.
