My husband deals with back pain and from sleeping on the bed for just a week he could feel the relief on his back. For myself, I don't struggle with any sleeping problems but my sleep has definitely improved. The only downside is, it's hard for me to wake/get up!

It's been almost a month and really from day one we were super happy with the mattress. Mind you the one we threw away was like we were sleeping in the middle of a cavern - but still the comfort is awesome the support is really good. We are not little people and we move around a lot and this mattress has significantly decreased our complaints for dual comfort. The cold part people are talking about has been alleviated by putting their purple sheets on the bed while still using our wonderful regular sheets. I do not like their sheets by themselves. We were really lucky though and have a mattress showroom, Sleep Sherpa, that caters to online mattresses and we got to lay on it before we purchased so we knew before hand that this one worked the best for us. Also they gave us real info, no sales glitter, and also real expectations. We would never have purchased a Purple without that store - so huge props to them. I also really like the tracking - super convenient and helpful. Overall from start to finish - everything has delivered and performed exactly as advertised and reviewed. Thanks Purple!

I wasn't expecting it to be as firm as it is, but that was sort of a good thing! I don't wake up in the middle of the night anymore and feel much more well rested during the day. I got the power base to go with it and it's probably the best sleep I've ever had consistently. It sleeps cool. I wish it was a little softer on the top, but overall satisfied.

The bed wasn't life changing or anything like that. Decent mattress, probably could have gotten one just as good for cheaper. They don't offer the option of buying with a box spring, which is necessary for certain types of beds. But the customer service makes or breaks and company and theirs is TERRIBLE. Often a week or more for a response...from an online company, no less! My mattress was delayed, no notice or reason given- I had to write in and ask. My sheets were delayed, notice only emailed about the delay after the promised delivery time had passed. They were delayed even further from the new date and, of course, I had to check in on the status just like the mattress. Would not deal with this company again, completely frustrating experience. Even writing this review was frustrating- the company sent me an email asking for one, I entered in the space provided and hit "post". Magically disappeared and I had to re-write again.

My brother Larry has bad arthritis pain and was sleeping on an old mattress. I bought the mattress for he and his wife. They would spend many on their kids and not themselves. He has been sleeping well and without pain waking him through the night since they began sleeping on it almost a couple weeks ago. He seems to be in better spirits now. Thanks!

I spent 14 years active duty submarine service, and living that lifestyle put my body in constant pain mostly while at rest. This bed has giving the freedom to sleep in any position I wake up tighter, but not sore. This has been a great bed for the price. I don't mind also say adult activities are comfortable for me and my wife. The temperature of the material is cooler then any other mattress I have experienced.

I thought that it would take at least 2 weeks to see if I lived my Purple mattress, ya know with an adjustment period and all, but I have now have it for just over a month and I live it. I have found that even when I have interrupted sleep, the hours and I am sleeping are deeper and better. I know this because of the Garmin activity watch I have and because of how I now feel in the mornings. Right after I got this mattress. I have ACL surgery and had a lot of interrupted keep but I still felt great and ready for PT. I also have the Purlpe Pillow, and with A LOT of off gassing, I LOVE it too. Again no adjustment period for me like with previous new pillows.

The mattress feels extremely supportive as I do not get that sinking feeling as with other memory foam mattresses. We got the purple pillow as well and its also amazing. I sleep on my back and sometimes on my stomach, And with both positions I am comfortable and able to sleep through the night. At times we wake up with purple prints on our bodies but we take that as a reminder of how comfort feels, the impressions quickly go away especially with a warm shower.

I guess I'm having a hard time just reviewing the mattress since there are so many things that have changed since my last mattress. I also purchased the Purple Mattress Protector along with Purple's sheets so my experience includes all of those things combined. I haven't tried removing the protector yet, but I'm guessing that it might be detracting from my experience a little (not having used a mattress protector on my last mattress). I've never really had any sleeping issues (I'm now 50+) and I continue to experience quality sleep with Purple.

We were intrigued but skeptical when we first heard of purple, but after some research and fact checking, we decided to give it a shot. How could we go wrong with a 100 night trial with no risk? Done. It's not going back. We had to go on vacation about a week after we got our purple and realized that we are immediately spoiled.
