I am genuinely happy for those people had posted reviews claiming they had their best night's sleep ever. Points for the improved back support but there are still way too many pressure points and not that much of an improvement on my previous bedding. The quality of my sleep hasn't improved much. I'll be contacting Purple soon for a return.

We had to buy a 2nd mattress for our guest bedroom, and we don't want to be those people with a horribly uncomfortable guest bed mattress (scaring away all our friends and family!) This mattress is so comfortable and bouncy! My niece and brother love it and we love it too for chilling out in that 2nd bedroom for a change of scene. We love this bed just as much as our first, which is holding up wonderfully after 3 years of use.

This mattress has been a God send. I have arthritis in my spine and it also curves the wrong way. I also have a bad shoulder from a wreck about 10 years ago. Before this mattress I can't tell you the last time I slept through the night and woke with no pain.

This is hands down the best mattress on the market. I purchased the New Purple Mattress in Firm after I drove two hours to test one before buying. It only took me 30 seconds on the mattress to know that I was going to swipe my credit card. Why did I drive that far to test one? I was worried the grid pattern would be weird. I'd imagined it trapping my elbows if I leaned on my side to read, or trapping my dogs paws as they walked on it. Such nonsense. The grid is not weird - it's bliss! It collapses and supports at the same time. My back pain is gone. My neck pain is gone. I can sleep in any position and there's no pressure points. The bad - you won't want to travel anymore because the thought of sleeping on a mattress that's not Purple is enough to keep your bags unpacked. You'll be late to work every day because you'll be so cozy in bed that you can't get up. You'll sleep more.

This has been the best mattress experience i have ever had. I have been to many mattress stores and retailers a variety of times. Being a larger male 250+ i have found this mattress to be perfect for myself and my wife who has found the firm but soft feel to this mattress to be so comfortable.

My wife and I finally agreed on this mattress after an Airbnb stay. The mattress feels like you are sleeping on air. Neither one of us has any back or hip pain since using this mattress. We do not get overheated like we have with other mattress'. It gives the perfect amount of support. We also purchased the pillows that are cooling and along with the mattress it is all over support. We highly recommend this product to everyone we talk to. It is 100% worth it!!!!!

OMG I have had major back issues and sore knees, shoulders and sore many other things and one night on this bed it was all gone.my wife and I wake up to each other every morning and just look at each other and smile. Purple your amazing on all levels.

I just had to spend 5 days in bed (doctor's orders!) and was dreading the idea of doing so with our old mattress. Thankfully we got our new Purple mattress in time. I'm not waking up sore or thrashing around at night trying to get comfortable. If only these mattresses made my husband atop snoring

My husband and I have been having neck, shoulder, and back issues for a couple years. He finally suggested we get a new bed to try and fix the issues since we had tried other ways. Within a week my neck and back pain went away, I longer had to have a doctor realign my neck, shoulders, ribs, and spin. We should have bought this bed before now.

We like the mattress. Do not choose the sheets as a free promotional item. The sheets pill very easily and they stick to your body while changing position. I called customer service to return them and exchange them for another free promotional item that was offered when purchased the mattress. They refused to do an exchange. We are very disappointed in their customer service. Although we do like the mattress, we are tempted to return it due to the way were treated when we called customer service.
