Have had several mattresses over the years, trying to find one that doesn't give my wife and I back pain when we wake up. We're both side sleepers. Was very excited and optimistic about the Purple mattress arriving. Customer service was fantastic and they make the whole experience fun and customer friendly--right down to the unpacking of the mattress! We've only had it a couple of weeks, and although the mattress seems VERY comfortable when we go to bed and feels awesome--we still wake up with our backs hurting. Not sure, given the fact that we've been through so many mattresses that we can blame this on Purple, but so far it hasn't solved it for us. I'd still recommend this mattress just based on the customer service experience and cool technology.

I know that it is far better than my Sleep Number bed. Having some issues with pressure points at the shoulders and hips primarily. I think the bed is going to be too firm for me in the long run. I still have time to make sure it's not just an adjustment period.

I love it!!! What a game changer! All the pressure points have disappeared, my back actually feels good in the morning when i wake up. It's definitely different than any mattress I've been on. I don't really notice the grid-like pattern when I'm on it which is good. I think it does an awesome job at absorbing pressure and movement. I'm the only one sleeping on it so i cant provide any review if a partner's movement can be noticed or not though. Overall love it a bunch! I would say give it a couple of nights to a week to kind of "break it in" and adjust with it, and then you'll probably never want to sleep on anything else but this mattress

Does not conform to body as expected. Also very firm and don't like that you can feel the purple squares all the time. Very disappointed overall and also upset I have to wait 21 days before I can even return it so just stuck not sleeping well in the meantime.

As soon as I laid in the bed I knew it was gonna be a big pillow. My body was so used to the old mattress that the first night I fell asleep in a record time, but woke up sore because I'm used to either sunken memory foam or hard mattresses. It breathes so well I dont wake up overheated or nasty in sweat. I have actually overslept more because it's that great.

This mattress seems to be well made and it is super comfortable to lay on, plus it has a very attractive price. I am sending it back though. I am a very big man and this bed was fine for 5-6 hours sleep, but if I slept 8-10 hours, I woke up very sore and had back pain all day long. My old, broken down mattress didn't cause this much daytime discomfort after sleeping late. I have had this mattress for over 6 weeks. I did recently go on vacation and the hotel had a regular spring type mattress which didn't bother me any more or less than this mattress, so in my opinion it failed the 30 day challenge suggested by the purple website. I don't want to leave a bad review because I did think this was comfortable.

I was skeptical, that the mattress was everything, the company said it was. I haven't slept, all night long for years. I have fibromyalgia, and was constantly, tossing and turning to get comfortable. After 4 nights, I slept my first entire night in a very long time. I recently traveled and stayed in a hotel. I was wishing I had my mattress with me. This mattress truly is, everything the company said it is. I am very happy. The only problem I had was with the delivery. It was not delivered on day it was expected. The delivery service, finally delivered it 5 days later. Then left it sitting out on the curb, in the rain. I blame that on the delivery service. Not the Purple company.

Thought I would give Purple a try. Got the mattress, we slept on it for a month or so. We never got fully comfortable with it. Just wasn't cozy. We ended up returning and the customer service on the return was great! All and all, it was a good experience. I just think the mattress wasn't for us. Definitely would be good for others.

My wife and I are enjoying the purple mattress. Both of us have had back issues and we both have less discomfort and get a better night's sleep with this mattress. I am using the pillow and really like it. I have a stack of 4 different pillows I have purchased over the last couple years (My Pillow, memory foam, cool jell,bamboo,...) none have worked for me. Whatever Purple is made out of it gives just enough to be comfortable, but it also feels a bit like it is pushing back up at the same time to support the body. Very odd feeling but it works.

I had bought all purple products in past 20 days . My sheet feels great but it's not sturdy at all after 5 days it start to fall a part , I called customer service they told me I have to wait for few days to get an e mail ,then I have to go to post office and pay for the shipping and I probably get my money after two to three weeks. I wish I could upload the picture in this page to show it to everyone how defect my sheet is.
