the mattress is too thin and when I sit on it I bottom out and feel the platform. the mattress is not firm enough for me or my wife. I am very disappointed. I now wake up with neck and shoulder pain that I never had before. I also have a hard time moving on the mattress because it seems to lock you in place making moving difficult.

Exactly what the title says, the first few days were uncomfortable. Then one day I got in and melted. It was so nice and it keep me warm but not over warm. Its heavy though, very, very heavy but so nice. I love my bed, worth saving up for months for it completely..

Love the mattress but did not like the delivery. It was left at the front office where I live and I'm a senior citizen and had to 'haul' it to my front door. I was notified that the delivery was going to take place, so I stayed home to receive the product...no one showed up at my door. It was just left at the office. No attempt to contact me at my home.

Amazing bed. Did it pass the egg test yes it did. Even the people's champ The Rock couldn't break it with his people elbow. I will say this since I haven't been able to compare it to other beds. Who has the time to try out all the beds and make a comparison. My last mattress sucks I'd wake up sore most days. I haven't woken up sore since sleeping on the purple mattress. Firm where it needs to, soft where it needs to. Having the right kind of sheets is definitely a must old cotton sheets don't have enough stretch to take advantage of the purple top. The cover on the mattress is also insanely soft.

My husband has had back issues for years due to the type of job he does and our mattress made it worse. He felt a big difference the first night sleeping on the purple mattress and his back pain got better. Due to his hard physical job it won't completely go away but the mattress definitely helped a lot. Great customer service and would definitely recommend this!! No one paid me to say this! It's all true

Let me start off with I love our new mattress. I sleep incredibly and have no aches and pains. I love love love the mattress. That being said, the customer service and notifications leave a lot to be desired. We received our mattress shortly after ordering it. However, we did not receive the frame we ordered with it and had to call customer service to be told the frame was held up in customs. They had no idea as to when we would receive it and then all of the sudden, it arrived; with no communication from the company. I understand that they had more demand than they were expecting and these things happen, I just wish they communicated the current status more often or gave customers a way to check the status of their orders.

For laying on my back and binge watching shows is great but I am a stomach and side sleeper. For me my quality of sleep has improved and I also don't have aches and pains that my old spring mattress had. This mattress was well worth the money and my partner and I love it. She's a back sleeper and she definitely loves the bed as much as me or even more. 10/10 would recommend

For almost a decade, I've in a hospital bed. Recently, I bought a Craftmatic adjustable bed and one of their top of the mattress. You would think for almost $600 for twin that it would be a superb mattress. It was not. Most all my family had tried and then bought the Purple mattress. They raved how wonderful the Purple mattress is. So, I called Purple mattress just to double check that it would work with an adjustable bed. It did and ordered one. WOW! What an incredible mattress! The Purple mattress is the best mattress that I've ever owned!!

We got this mattress after lots of research and reviews from a few people we actually know. We figured with the 100 day guarantee we couldn't go wrong. It was about 10-13 days from ordering to arrival (which considering I ordered on Thanksgiving Day for the promo is amazing) and it was pretty easy to set up. (My husband made sure we opened it properly because some people in reviews didn't and it's apparently difficult to correct/flip over. The first night I was in love. He didn't like it the first few days (we've read the adjustment period can be a week or two and varies by person) but now he loves it too. I'm a stomach sleeper, that moves a lot to my side and even sometimes my back. He is mainly a side sleeper. The bed is much cooler than our previous bed (not sure if I can put brands but it ended in "pedic") which was supposed to be cooling and definitely wasn't! So far we are very impressed with the bed and have no intentions of utilizing the 100 day policy!

Purple is by far the best mattress on the market today. I even went into a retail store to try it out in person during the pandemic and was not deterred by the staff who was trying to make me spend more. I'm happy that I purchased it online and had it delivered to my house. Two weeks now and my back problems are gone and I've had the best sleep of my life! Thank you Purple !
