A great concept to keep prices low. I replaced a pillow top with Purple and was happy at first. But I'm a side sleeper and found that when I laid on my side with my bottom leg straight, the firmness caused my foot to be suspended in air making it hard on my back. I felt it was "too much" support". I passed the. 100 day return timeframe before requesting a refund and was declined. (Rightfully so...I get it, that's why it's "100 day return policy.). I was told to try to sell the mattress. I can't afford to buy a new mattress so I have placed a 2" topper for some cushion which has helped slightly. I love the marketing and branding and the lack of store fronts to keep the costs low and think the company is smart. Just it the right mattress for my back injury.

I bought my first purple to replace an old temperpedic. Loved it, but it had a indentation failure after two years. Purple replaced it promptly, so I ordered another for my second home. They seem to stand by their products and they sleep well. For the price it blows most out of the water. However, I only have the basic model. When I ordered I noticed they now have upgraded integrations that make them on par with expensive mattresses. I cannot speak to those as I wanted a good mattress at a good price. 1k is ok, 5k not so much. Try the base model. If you don't like it search elsewhere for the $.

I do feel like maybe this info may help your product. I recently purchased several of your face masks and I must admit I was REALLY looking forward to receiving them. Sadly they were not what I was expecting :( . 1st the masks smelt really very bad. But that is fixable with a wash.. no big deal. Then when we did try them on, none of them indicated the size, by trial and error and with lots of pain, we kind of figured it out. The kid sizes worked out very well so I must say THANK YOU for that. However the Large and the X-Large... they are really rather painful regarding the ear straps. the one I put on today has the strap all twisted and not functional.  I know I can't return them and that's okay but hopefully your company can start labeling the sizes on the masks and somehow make the straps adjustable ?? unfortunately we will only be using the small size masks the rest will have to be donated or disposed of, and that really makes me sad because in this time of uncertainty and everyone tight on money that is not at all what I was expecting from this order.

My family and I just moved back to the United States from living in Japan for 6 years, and it was coming on time to replace our mattress. Months before the move, I was dead set on replacing it with a Purple! Finally, a month after being in the States, we ordered it and decided to upgrade it to a King. After weeks of being on crappy hotel beds, air mattresses, futons, and various relative's beds, I couldn't wait and my back was ready for relief! The customer service representative I spoke to was fantastic and did everything he could to process the order as fast as possible so we can get a good nights sleep sooner. I took advantage of their bundle of the platform and mattress. After it shipped, I obsessively tracked it through FedEx during their tracking outage of 2017-look it up, it was a real tragedy! Finally, 9 days after I ordered it, the angels blew their trumpets and the chorus was singing as I unrolled the mattress. It was heavy, but I was able to set it up with my 10-year-old. We're still in the adjustment period, so my back does still ache, but I can tell it aches from realigning. I no longer wake up and sound like a Rice Krispy. The biggest thing worth mentioning is that when my husband puts his arms around me, I no longer feel like I'm being suffocated since the waffle-foam cradles our bodies. My FitBit even has proof of a more peaceful sleep. I relax so quickly in the Purple that bedtime reading is difficult now, cause I'm asleep within a few minutes-a strange phenomena this insomniac isn't used to. Unfortunately, with the upgrade in size, it's now more difficult to keep all the kids out of the bed, that and the fact that it's now the most comfortable bed in the house. We did have an issue putting together the platform. The additional pieces to extend to king size were misaligned and warped. We emailed the company and they sent out a new one ASAP with no questions asked. Besides the assembly issue, I love the platform and how high it is. I like not having to have a box spring, and it offers a lot of space for storage. Overall, I'm very happy with this investment and I'm equally as happy with the excellent customer service I've had as I am with the product. I will definitely be investing in the seat cushions and pillows soon!

Initially I loved my purple. It felt great, slept cool, and supported me while I slept. Now, I have had the mattress for less than a year and have severe back pain every morning. I have back problems as it is, and now its even worse. It will sag where you sleep. When I roll from one side to the other of the bed, its like going on a roller coaster. I start out low, go up over a hump, and back down on the other side. I checked my box spring and even put a water cooler jug on it, and it does the same. DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS! It wears out very quickly and the initial great feeling that lasts less than a year is not worth the amount of money they are charging for this product. You are better off buying from a competitor. I have been trying to either get a refund or a better quality mattress from Purple all morning and I have not yet been able to even speak with someone from the company.

Had the king size bed for a few months now. We love it. It's our favorite possession really. I remember the first night was hard to sleep because it felt so different, it felt like being suspended in air and that you might fall over at any moment. Novel experience. We adapted quickly though. Never have any soreness anymore! This bed is a mental health savior.

I cannot say enough good things about this mattress. It is definitely the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The Goldilocks analogy is perfect -- not too hard, not too soft, but just RIGHT! Everything that needs to be supported is supported, and everything that needs softness gets softness. I'm a side sleeper mainly because I could never get comfortable lying on my back. But in this bed, I can finally lay flat on my back in total comfort and sleep! It really does almost give me a weightless feeling. I would recommend this bed to anyone looking for a fantastic night's sleep. We are very happy with our purchase.

I did a lot of research before deciding and went and order a Queen size original. I will say it took a couple of nights to get used to it and now that I have it for 3 weeks I am well pleased, its the best mattress I have ever had and I have tried some of the real expensive beds out there and they ended up being junk and loss of money. I am well pleased with Purple Mattress and will be buying another for the guest room as well.....

Purchased one of your competitors prior to getting the Purple Mattress. Returned it in 2 weeks. It would have gone back Sooner but that was the earliest I could return it. There is no comparison, your mattress is head and shoulders Above. After the first night I thought I was going to go through the Same thing because it was a little uncomfortable. I realized that we had used the mattress protector from the Previous mattress so we took it off and it was like night and Day. Best night sleep I have had in years and wake up in No pain. Not gonna lie, I do like it, most of the time. Seems a little on the firm side, but from the reviews I've gathered on mail order mattress brands, purple is on the softer side. May try a pillow topper with it. Overall I'm enjoying it. I don't have anything negative to say. Plus it was easy to setup and was delivered VERY fast! Kudos for that! And I use the supplied sleep masks regularly. Thanks purple
