You know how when you are a kid you can throw on any old shoes and think they are comfortable? They can be the worst shows for you, but it doesn't matter, nothing bothers you. But then, as we get a little wiser, we realize that those 5 inch stilettos aren't quite as comfy as they used to be, and maybe you try on a pair of those shoes you would never have been caught dead in when you where younger? You know that feeling of Ahhhhhhhhh, the arch snuggles up against your arch, the heel cup provides that secure feeling, and you know you've just found the perfect shoe? That's the feeling my husband and I had the first night we slept on our Purple mattress. We had had our old standard, hard as a rock mattress for about 12 years and needed a change. I sleep on my side and felt like a contortionist every night as I felt shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, feet hit the mattress and nothing else. That wonderful day when we finally received our Purple mattress, after unrolling what seemed like endless cellophane, finally experiencing that first blissful moment when every inch of my side came in contact with the Purple mattress, I knew I was hooked. I felt like I was slipping on that comfort shoe for the first time, my arch, gently hugging the bottom of the shoe, the Purple mattress eased gently to the contours of my body. Heavenly. I recommend to you: get rid of those high heels! And get rid of that old mattress and find a divine night of sleep on a new Purple mattress!

We love the mattress, no felt movement between my wife and I. Never get too hot like with the swedish foam thick toppers. It's perfect. But, we were promised a purple pillow which didn't arrive with the mattress. When I called about it, I was told that promo was not available when I made my purchase. One would think that for the amount I paid for the king sized mattress, they would keep a happy customer and throw in the pillow.

I really wanted to love my mattress, I did. But unfortunately the reality is I don't. I have had it about 3 weeks now and while I know it can take some time to adjust to a new mattress, however, I've had totally restless sleep every night I know it's not a good fit for me. The mattress is too firm for my comfort and also seemed kind of thin overall. The service so far has been very friendly and hassle-free in regard to a refund which definitely leaves a good impression. Sorry it didn't work out, Purple mattress! It's not you, it's me.

I was suffering from serious back pain so my wife and I (who has a restless sleep pattern) decided to buy a new mattress. We went with the original purple and two pillows. We were in love in minutes. After a few days I had no back pain and my wife is sleeping all through the night. Take pride in the work you do because it ended pain for me and improved my quality of life. Be proud of yourselves and know I am very greatful, and yes there will always be a purple mattress in our bedroom.

I had been sleeping on a 15+ mattress, obviously time for a new mattress. And it has made a huge difference. I have had pain in my lower back and laying on my hips, now it doesn't matter how I sleep there's no pain. Now when I wake up my body feels great! I bought both the base and the queen mattress, and for the price I paid for the comfort I received is unbeatable. I only wish I bought this sooner.

So happy with my new mattress and bed frame from Purple! I recently ruptured a disc in my back and my old mattress was not cutting it. My new Purple mattress gives me all the support I need while also being super comfortable- I feel like it's hugging me every time I get into bed! The frame is really sturdy and doesn't move around st all. Highly recommend!

I'm a veteran with disability for my back and for depression. My back and hip pain made it difficult to fall asleep, and that and my depression made it nearly impossible for me to stay asleep. Since I started sleeping on my Purple, I have fallen asleep and stayed asleep better than any time in my life, even before i had my problems. I read a couple of reviews complaining that the mattress was too cold. However, we were without our furnace for nearly a week this winter. The house's internal temperature, by the end of that time, was just below 40 degrees F. On the last night I was a little chilly in bed, but I warmed up by curling into a fetal position, and then slept like a baby. I LOVE this mattress! I just came back and bought a seat cushion too. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is with the sheets. I made the bed with the Purple sheets and spent most of the first night picking my pillow up off the floor at the head of the bed and the blankets off the floor to the side of the bed. After that I have used the Purple fitted sheets but have swapped out the top sheet and pillowcase. Thank you for the best sleep of my life!

I purchased my mattress four years ago, and loved it. Around last year the mattress started to become indented, and my wife and I began feeling each other move excessively in the bed, whereas before, we very rarely felt each other move. In addition, we were not sleeping as well as before. I reached out to customer service and explained our issues. Customer service said that the indentation should not have happened. I was asked to take pictures and send it to their warranty folks. After reviewing my pictures they determined that the bed was faulty and sent us a new bed and picked up the old one. The new bed is amazing, and my wife and I are back to getting a good nights sleep. Thank you Purple and your amazing customer service reps (Arianna and Tami-li), those two went above and beyond.

Purchased this bed after years of trying different memory foam and other kinds of bed toppers. I like a plush soft bed where my wife is a firm or very firm type of mattress person. We did a bunch of research online that a either a hybrid mattress or a purple may be the way for us to both be happy. I honestly just want to try something different than the standard mattress. I read countless reviews online about purple and pulled the trigger. We are roughly 3 weeks in and still talk about how good of an investment the mattress was. I highly recommended it. Delivery was pretty quick through fed ex. Set up was super easy. Easy enough my wife and teenage daughter set up before I arrived home from work. I also recommend the purple sheets and mattress protector!

I generally have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I've haven't had the mattress long but I have already noticed a difference. I used to sleep on a pillow top and this offers more support. I can tell in my lower back when I get up in the morning. I have already recommended an upgrade to family members.
