I have given it about a week or two to get used to it but unfortunately I am still waking up with back pain. I am a side sleeper and it does not work for me on this bed. I have tried laying on my back to see if that would be better but no luck so far. I was really hoping at the price this bed is that it would work for me. Love the frame though.

We have the Purple mattress and the harmony pillow, and after 20 years of neck aches and pains, and back aches and pain, we wake up 100% pain free. And this was after the first night!!! We will never use any other brand again! for the first time in over 15 years, my man can bend over to tie his shoes (instead of sitting down to do it, due to back pain and limitations in movement). And the customer service is unparalleled! I'm telling everyone I know about this company and its incredible products. Thank you for giving us life back!

I was anxiously awaiting delivery and wasn't let down when it arrived. I came from an old (14 years...) top of the line mattress, way plush but it left me achy sometimes especially after a lot of back break work. The feel at first was maybe this is too firm and then after I awoke the next morning was quite pleased to find work was cancelled for the day leaving me to tuck back in and enjoy this new upgrade. I am a nurse that works 12 hour shifts and Have had many mattresses but none like the purple. It is amazing! Never knew what a difference a mattress could make. Slept so sound and woke up feeling so rested! It really is the best ever. Love the comfort and the look is nice.

I've been suffering back pain for a while, so I decided to change my mattress. I took the chance with the purple mattress and I have to say that my pains have gone. I bought the basic mattress and it is not as firm as I was expecting, but still very confortale, so overall I'm happy with the purchase. I had to contact customer service for a lacking blanket and the experience was not so good. I had to call and email them at least 5 times until they sent me the blanket. The basic mattress arrives by Fedex, so they don't provide the removal of the old mattress service. The Purple mattress is VERY heavy

All I can say is that it's a good thing that the mattress has a 10 year warranty. after about 2-3 years, our purple 1 already started to break down and sag in areas on the mattress. This caused me to lay unevenly on the mattress and is giving me all sorts of back pain which totally negated entire reason of purchasing this mattress in the first place. After sending pictures and answering questions I finally get a new mattress sent, but since the pick up service they use did not service my area I now have to take steps on my own for the removal of the old king size mattress. Which I will have to pay for. I'm disappointed with this purchase, and pretty much everything else that has happened afterward.

I have a horrible back, fatty tumors all over my spine causing extreme pain. Before this mattress I couldn't be flat on my back and if I did go on my back I needed help getting up (keep in mind I'm only 30). I bought this thinking "what do I have to lose aside from some money?" The first night's sleep was the most incredible sleeping experience I've ever had. First of all I slept through the night which hasn't happened in a decade. Secondly I woke up flat on my back and just got up. GOT UP!! On my own! Before this mattress I contemplated life because everything was so painful. It's not a cure, but it got me off some painkillers. I'm recommending it to everyone I know!

Switched from a hot, worn-out memory foam mattress and very happy with the Purple. My only complaint is the odor when you first open it. I had it sitting out for two days with the fan on and windows open and it still smelled for at least a week later (the pillow still has an odor to it three weeks later).

By far, Purple is the most comfortable mattress that I have ever slept on. Pure happiness since day one -- to the point that I actually giggled to myself when I laid down that first night. I am a dentist, so neck and back pain were a common thing for me every morning. I haven't woken up with either of those since sleeping on this mattress, and I can actually feel the mattress supporting me (especially my lower back) while I sleep. I am so thankful to finally have a mattress that is this wonderful and actually gives me an amazing night of sleep every time. I can't imagine sleeping on any other mattress!

The bed was the greatest bed I've ever slept on in my life m. Me and my husband have tried many different mattresses in our life time and this is by far the best. I've never slept so good in my life. I recommend this to all my friends and family and I recommend it to you too. TOATALLY worth the price.
