After using this mattress for a couple of weeks I can notice that I wake up with so much less aches and pains. I fall asleep so much quicker on this mattress than I ever have on any other mattress and I wake up feeling refreshed from a good night's sleep every morning.

I didn't realize just how terrible my mattress was until I tried this mattress. I always moved around a lot in my sleep trying to get comfy and with this mattress that never happens. It adapts to all the pressure points and cradles them so I sleep so comfortably. I even got the two pillows because I liked them in the store and they are so incredibly comfortable too. As a nurse my sleep is even more precious and I'm trying to be proactive about taking care of my body. This was the perfect choice !

We've had this bed for a month now and my husband and I both love it more everyday. It is a bit more firm than I expected, but all of your curves just sink into it and it cradles all the right places. I used to wake up stiff and sore every morning and did not think it was abnormal. However, I do not wake up like this anymore and I sleep so soundly during the night. I sleep on my back/ front/sides equally and have found every position to be just as comfy on this bed. This mattress is much more solid (and heavy!) than I expected, which really gives it a quality feel. It is much heavier than a regular mattress and a bit more awkward to move since it is pretty flexible. I recommend not opening the package until you get it into the room where you want it. Also, despite what it seems like when it arrives in the packaging, it is a full, 10-12 inch thick mattress and it expands instantly upon opening, no waiting for it to take shape like memory foam pads/mattresses. I HIGHLY recommend giving this bed a try!

Arrived in a few days, unfolded to size within an hour. It's a memory foam mattress with a gel topper, exactly how I thought it would feel. If you focus you can feel the squares on the gel but you get over that very quickly and I sleep no problems now.

Until I tried purple I had a tempurpedic mattress for 6 years. Besides the first year, I woke up with constant back pain every morning for the past 5 years. I have spent a month now on purple and haven't woken up in pain once! It really works as they promise!

Certainly more comfortable than the used 15 year old mattress I had been using, but not what I was hoping for. I am 40 years old, 6' 290lbs and I am a bed roller. I roll over and over throughout the night in an attempt to relieve pressure and I was really hoping that this bed would solve that issue. It did not. Even taking a sleep aid and 5mg of Melatonin every single night, I am still turning over a dozen or more times a night and I am completely unable to spend more than about 6-7 hours a night in the bed. After that, the pain in my lower back and shoulder/neck area is just too much to remain in bed at all.

I just moved over from a tempur-pedic original and wow what a difference. The previous bed was comfortable but I would wake up with full body aches and it slept very hot. The Purple bed sleeps much cooler and my body aches almost all gone. For some reason my neck and shoulders ache a little more but I think I need to find the right pillow to go with the new set up. We are a couple weeks in and I think this is the best bed I have ever slept on.

Like the mattress. fell like I'm on top of it more than I thought I would be. I'm a side sleeper and my shoulder is not bothered as much sleeping no shoulder pain. Feel a little ripped of weeks after I ordered my mattress they had a Kickstarter and I could have gotten free pillows.

We purchased our purple mattress in late May 2018, it took me a couple of days for my body to adjust as my body was used to the mattresses (fairly new ones and in great condition) we had before that had coils (ugh!!) , I didn't realize that was the cause of my body aching and feeling tired throughout the day as I did my daily things. Our son showed us a video and mentioned that's probably what we needed to invest in to get a GOOD and GREAT nights sleep!! What a tremendous and wonderful investment and decision we made. MY/ OUR nights of sleep and relaxation are so much more restful and we both wake up feeling rejuvenated !!!! Admittedly I was skeptical prior to buying this seemingly weird mattress in a purple log from a whacky company like Purple. But after just one night, and 3 weeks more worth of nights afterward, I'm convinced I made a very smart purchase decision. The ordering process and financing was done on my iPhone during a 30-minute lunch break at work and couldn't have been simpler! Fast, convenient shipping right to my front door and within an hour, we had the platform and mattress all ready for sleeping. Between my wife and I, we're putting 750 lbs. on this thing 8-9 hours every night and it stands up to us like a champ! I love this mattress! Back pain be gone!
