This bed is the greatest thing to happen to sleep. My back pain has begun to vanish along with my restlessness. I had high expectations when ordering this bed and they have been exceeded. I have recommended it to every person I know and 2 of my friends have ordered this bed as well. They can't stop raving about it either. If you find yourself laying awake trying to fall asleep, and waking up in pain throbbing in your shoulders, hip, and or back, do yourself a favor and buy a purple. What's a little bit of cash for endless comfort? If you sit at a desk all day you should get one of there seat cousins as well, they add to the non stop comfort for the daily grind. ALSO, purple had one of the best customer service departments I have delt with. My first mattress had a mini or deflect and they gave me a brand new one, minimal questions asked, they just needed evidence that the defect was there and that I wasn't trying to get 2 for the price of 1. It was a very fast and painless process. Thank you purple, you've made me very happy.

When my wife and I first got our purples mattress and set it up, we laid on it with excitement and...nothing. We were expected that sink in ahhh feeling that you get when you try out mattresses at the mattress store. This did not happen. The bed is more firm and supportive. After several nights of debating whether or not we like the bed we started to ask ourselves "how do we feel in the morning" and the answer is great. I use to sweat every night and now this no longer happens. mattress is cool, supporting, and comfortable. My wife and I's first opinion of the mattress was due to our expectation of what a good mattress feels like. However, that was the reason we have struggled to find a good mattress. For reference, I have been in a hotel room for 5 nights now and am greatly missing my purple mattress. I would highly recommend.

Had such high hopes for Purple, but am finding it has the same issue as every other mattress out there---it compresses in the area you tend to end up at during the night. For me, it's the center, as I sleep by myself in a queen-size, and after only 6 weeks it's sinking in the middle....and, no, I am not a large person. I try to stay out on the sides, but now the depression makes it difficult to stay on the sides. Have rotated the mattress already, but has made no difference. Very disappointed in Purple.

We have been sleeping on our new Purple mattress for about 60 days now and this has been the best, most comfortable sleep I have ever had. I no longer have any shoulder pain or numbness in my arms and hands in the middle of the night. No tossing and turning all night long!! It took about 5 days to get used to the new mattress and after that it has been nothing short of amazing. I have spent a couple of nights in a hotel room since getting our Purple mattress and my body definitely notices a difference. I can't wait to get back home and sleep on my Purple mattress.

Got a new hip in April of this year and began to hate going to bed because I knew if I actually found a comfortable position & could sleep, I'd wake up stiff and in pain. After a week on the Purple, I'm sleeping much better and easily sleep on my new hip without pain. My back feels more aligned. The sheets are comfortable - glad they were free cause I don't think they're worth the hefty price (also my cats' claws pull strings in the fabric).

Purple was not for me. I watched the Purple commercials online hoping this was the mattress for me. So I ordered. The mattress was delivered and I was excited to try it out. So we unrolled the Purple and I laid on it. It felt great and I couldn't wait for bedtime. Ok bedtime comes and I jump in. Purple is comfortable, but I woke up the next morning hot and sweaty. I called Purple and they asked what sheets I was using. I said Sheex sheets which are stretchy and cool. So I tried several other types of sheets and nothing helped. I'm not sure what it is, but wherever I sleep on the mattress there is a definite hot spot. Purple elastic polymer just didn't keep me cool..I'm sorry to say I ended up returning my Purple and I'm still searching for a mattress that will not heat up on me. I'm glad the mattress works for the majority of people, but for me it just didn't work..

Excellent it's been so comfortable I get a good night sleep feeling well rested , I recommend the mattress and would buy it again , my Husband says I let him sleep now since I'm not tossing and turning all night , lol it's truly amazing how a mattress can change the way you feel ,truly one of the best mattress I have ever slept on , get yours soon it's worth it

For what this mattress costs, it should've lasted longer than 6 months without developing a huge crevice in the middle. I've gotten longer life out of used mattresses from the budget bins. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. I've contacted customer service to request a refund. Hopefully, that works out.

My husband and I are both wildly impressed with the comfort of this mattress. We both suffer from neck/back and hip pain that was worsened by our old mattress. Our first night on purple we woke up feeling more rested and in less pain. Now, after 2 months, we wake up with no pain at all. My husband hated our memory foam mattress because it trapped so much heat, he was sweaty and uncomfortable all night. Purple doesn't trap heat, so he's comfortable all night. The sheets we got with the mattress are exceptional as well for releasing heat and keeping us both at a comfortable temperature. I highly recommend the purple mattress as well as the sheets.

First the review on the mattress...It was horrible. It was too soft and had no support. I woke up in more pain and slept so horribly. I tried it for 3 weeks. There was no way I could even make it the full 30 day trial. It was that bad! However the return process was easy and the Purple customer support was great and took care of everything.
