First I want to say customer service is amazing as for the mattress it self we have a king size and its great for the first week maybe then after that its all down hill. We have had to make a warranty claim twice now because the mattress does not return to its original shape. We honestly dont spend much time in bed maybe 4 to 6 hours a night because of a busy life and even at that short time it forms dents. I havent really noticed any less back pain or stiffness in the morning either. Id like to try another brand since they have so many others out there and I probably will in the near future but for now I believe we have a 10 year warranty so ill just keep grtting a new mattress if it keeps happening.

This mattress is the single reason I can never remember falling asleep each night. It robs me of my tossing and turning. Pure theft of discomfort. Each night I die at the hands of the comfort grid and each morning I'm reborn a new man that groans with the notion of having to leave my purple nest. 11/10. Would buy again

After two weeks of use, I'm still waiting for the morning I get up and don't have a tender spot on by back. No different than my old mattress (30 years old). So far, all I can say is the PR people sure know how to write. I miss ordered a foundation. It took three days to get an answer to my email. Since then things have gone smooth. The foundation has been received by purple. I'm now waiting for my refund. Let's see how that works out.

I couldnt be happier with my Purple Bed! With having a really bad back, I tried soft matresses, firm matresses and foam toppers and always woke up unrested and aching and accepted at 27 years old that waking up stiff and in pain each morning was just theinevitable. From my first night sleeping on my purple bed, I knew that I made a great decision. Since then, I have not had even a single morning where I have woken up not rested and more importantly, with none of the back pain no matter if I sleep on my sides, back or stomach. If you are looking for a great matress, why not try it when its has such an awesome warranty and trial period...its a no brainer.

Delivery time was better than expected based off of other reviews I read (maybe 2 weeks from order date.) First thing we noticed: this son-of-a-gun is heavy! 140 pounds for the cali king. We upgraded from a queen sized spring mattress to this. Overall, my husband is in love with this mattress. He's a little over 200lbs and sleeps like a baby. It also helped alleviate the back pain he has from being in the military and jumping out of airplanes. The mattress is a little firm to me (I'm only 125lbs) but it really helps my body recover after days that I lift weights. Shorter recovery time means more time in the gym. Would totally recommend to others!

This bed only took 1 night to get used to. Initially, I thought it lacked the comfy, cozy feeling but I was asleep in less then 10 minutes and I did not hurt the next morning. My husbands snoring has been cut down by at least 1/2. I was nervous about this purchase, especially because I live in Alaska and I'm not even going to discuss how much it was to ship up here, but I have no regrets at all. It's perfect!

Good sleep is important to us. We bought the original queen size mattress, but we are upgrading to the newer, more plush purple mattress because the original was just a tad too firm for me. So happy we bought a purple mattress. Their customer service is great too.

Wife and I had purchased the original purple mattress after extensive research of all the bed in a box brands out there and can honestly say it was one of the best purchases we've ever made in our lives , the mattress feels like a cloud but with enough support to keep the lumbar and neck in excellent alignment. Would definitely recommend to anyone !

I really wish that purple made a firmer mattress, but there's no adjusting the firmness on this guy and my wife and I have always slept on a harder mattress, so unfortunately this mattress didn't end up staying. The quality however is top notch and it's the heaviest mattress out of all the others we've tested.

I received this mattress in hope I will not have back pains anymore, but it didnt help at all and I thought it will take a little while before my back adjusts to it but now it has been two months and still the same. I even got the pillow with it and the pillow was very low it hurt my neck.
