We've only been sleeping on it a matter of weeks, but so far, so good! Great improvement over our old mattress. To be fair, our old mattress was comfortable when we first bought it, but like all coil spring mattress with a memory foam topper, every bit of it (coils, foam) gets weak with time, sags and becomes very uncomfortable. It was particularly "killing" my wife who has back and neck problems. When we switched to the new Purple, she immediately saw relief and slept better. It does support better, and it also has a lot less motion transfer like when one of us has to get up or get in bed while the other is sleeping. We started out using our traditional sheets but noticed it squelched the beds ability to absorb point pressure. We just received our Purple stretchy bed linens and literally are going to try them for the first time, tonight. I have completely different sleep issues than my wife and must sleep with my head elevated. I've ordered some Purple pillows and am looking forward to when they can finally ship. So, here's hoping that Purple products have excellent longevity and keep up the great job they are doing so far.

The mattress wasn't for me. Hips did not sink down enough for side sleeping. As far as the return went, it was a nightmare. Some third party company was supposed to pick it up several times and they canceled each time over the course of a month. Spoke with purple about this and I was given numbers to other companies to just drop the mattress off and get it over with. However, upon calling these companies, none of them even accepted mattresses. Terrible experience.

I've had this for a night and its had quite the one time impact. I personally got the self installed package and its not very hard at all. And for context, I've had plenty of sleep problems, so waking up how I woke up on this thing is pretty insane. I feel invigorated and rested. And my cats absolutely adore it. They usually lay in their curls to bundle up but they ley on their sides and just love the support. Nine point nine nine nine outta ten; sometimes it gets a tad warm if you're a big guy like me but I got a twin XL so mainly my fault I suppose.

Bed is fine. That's it. Sheets are stretchy and never stay with you. Really annoying. Mattress protector works but makes the bottom sheet drag with your body then snap back into place. Annoying. Bed frame is quiet. Pillows are awful. Wrong height. Tell you to put a towel/another pillow under your pillow. Seriously? Seat cushion is definitely a waste. Great until you sit on the edge. Look at your car seat or office chair. Notice how your seat cushion doesn't look anything like those? Nothing ships at the same time, so you'll sit there with pieces you can't use for a week at a time. Don't care about customer experience at all. Customer service personalized their service only to tell you that "we told you everything ships separately". They seem to be better when you call, but overall, this company understand things in pieces but not the whole. Like great individual products that work together poorly. Or great ads but poor customer service. Perhaps some day they will organize and evolve. Most companies don't. And for now, that's why I'll buy something else.

I'm still a little on the fence about this mattress. Our previous one was just a traditional coil type with a pretty soft memory foam top so this is definitely a change. My husband and I have both been sleeping well but it IS different. Can't really snuggle into a warm spot with the purple...and as soon as you turn over the warm spot is gone! As I'm usually a pretty hot sleeper this isn't a bad thing..although on the weekends if I'm being lazy and laying in bed later, it's a little sad..maybe I'll feel differently if we throw a thick down comforter on top! I think probably the best part about this bed is that it would satisfy most people's desires for a soft OR firm bed...it's both...which is kind of strange. Gotta try it to understand it!

I love this bed! Communication was good, I knew what was up with my order and about how long each piece would take. The bed is too comfy to get up from before work, the sheets are magnificent and never come untucked, and my bedframe is splendidly quiet. All the stars, I much enjoy.

I hate this mattress it is the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Every morning I wake up in pain!!! It feels like I'm sleeping on lumps of fabric. It is not supposed to break down and it already is. Jus barely slept on it over 100 nights and they will not work with me to return it. I can not believe they sell this mattress it's horrible!!!! DO NOT BUY A PURPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordering was simple and came in a timely manner but product was VERY disappointing. I had used it only a couple of times on soft surfaces which seemed okay. Then I let my husband try it (weighs 210lbs) to convince him to get one also but, after sitting on it for about 40 minutes, the gel lost shape and is permanently depressed. There is no cushioning where he had most amount of weight. I have not used it since as it does not offer cushioning support any longer . I literally only got a couple uses out of your product on soft surfaces and am greatly disappointed it doesn't rebound into original consistency. It really felt like a waste of my money and I ended up having to buy another product. I tried your travel seat cushion to see if we would purchase the bed as my husband and I have real orthopedic issues, but clearly we won't be investing in any more Purple products nor will I recommend.

We ordered a purple queen size mattress to replace a pillow top mattress and have been really happy with our decision. The Purple mattress gives where you need it to, without the feeling that you are sinking into the bed. Both of our back pain decreased with 2 weeks of getting our new mattress!

Got this mattress in June 2020. Both my husband and I loved it from the start. I'm a small person and he is a not so small person. I would say it's a little on the firm side but gives in all the right places. A perfect balance of firm and soft for me!
