It is hard to review in the sense that "my experience" is bad but the product is excellent...i have a tactile issue in that the waffle sensation freaks me out! For those without the princess and the pea syndrome their is not better mattress out their ergonomicly speaking...reduces the aches of aging!

FINALLY!! A mattress that my husband loves! He likes his mattresses on the firm side - think sleeping on a cinder block. Me, not so much. I like mine a bit on the softer side. The first few nights were rough as there is an adjustment period, but now we both sleep a lot deeper and wake up feeling a lot better. We have gone through a few mattresses due to my husband, but we finally found a winner!!

I love the mattress! The price point is awesome for how comfortable it is and how reliable the delivery process was. The bed frame is sturdy and easy to set up. My only slight complaint is that the sheets are a bit flimsy. They already have a few small holes in them, but I'm not mad. :)

Love my purple bed. My back doesn't ache as much as before when I was sleeping on my foam bed. I also bought the purple pillow too. My husband loves it because he's a back sleeper, but I'm a side sleeper and I am still adjusting to it. Otherwise, no complaints here! Worth the investment!

I heard about the purple mattress from word of mouth and I did some research on it. It seemed really innovative and the answer to my sleeping problems. My bed at the time before I ordered it was terrible and I could never get a good night sleep. When I got the purple mattress, I was so excited to finally get a full nights rest. Unfortunelty, the first night I couldn't sleep at all in the bed and I thought maybe I just had to adjust. The second night came and I still couldn't fall asleep. The mattress is just way to firm and I have a really hard time falling asleep in it. I've had it for a month now, but I think I need to return it, because it hasn't helped me sleep at all. I wanted to like it, I was desperate for a good nights sleep, but the purple couldn't provide it for me. :(

My husband and I absolutely LOVE our Purple mattress. I am a side sleeper and I have been dealing with shoulder pain for several years. After receiving and sleeping on our mattress for 6 weeks now, it is almost gone. I believe wholeheartedly that most of that pain was from our old memory foam mattress. My husbands back hasn't felt as good as it does now in years. We couldn't be happier!

The claims are true. This mattress really is supportive without creating pressure points. It's really weird. It's much firmer than I typically prefer but since it creates even less pressure points on my hips and shoulders than the super soft pillowy mattresses I like, I can't go back! I also need to add that after completing my purchase I looked for delivery reviews and found a few nightmare stories online. I got a little worried but thankfully my mattress was delivery incredibly quick. I ordered on Friday and received it the following Monday. I think I may live near their HQ or depot. I'm not sure but I have certainly have no complaints about their delivery and especially the product. I've never had a mattress where I can actually feel it push against the arch in my back in a supportive way and yet have no push-back in the places I'm heaviest or most angular. It's incredible. I got the cheapest mattress because when I tried them out and Denver Mattress it felt like the least firm. However, I have had thoughts of getting the most expensive one with the 4" purple product in it. I just figure if the 2" is this incredible the 4" can only be better. Again, this is from someone who loves super soft mattresses. I don't even like mattresses anywhere near firm (Purple is a little on the firmer side) and I'm still blown away by how oddly comfortable this mattress is! It's totally worth buying. If it's definitely not for you, you can return it so there's little risk.

We are so pleased with our purchase of the Purple mattress! The customer service rep who helped us went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we got the mattress a week before our son's spinal surgery. The first night he slept on it (pre-surgery) he was able to fall asleep right away and woke up the next morning very happy with the mattress! After his extensive surgery, it has provided him with firm but comfortable support for his spine. We do have it on an adjustable bed frame, which I think has also made a difference in the level of comfort as well. We couldn't be happier with the Purple mattress! My husband and I are going to be buying one for ourselves soon!

LOVED it at first. I saw other commenters who said it was too hard- it is pretty hard at first, but I liked that. Over the course of the year we've had it, it has gotten way too soft. I can feel the plywood (didn't get a box spring) we have underneath of it. There is a hard spot still in between where my husband and I sleep and when he's not in the bed I like to sleep on that. I'm not sure how much longer it's going to last. We might have to buy a new mattress in another year or so.

I've been sleeping on a tempur-type mattress since 2011 and when I couldn't deal with how broken down it had gotten I went shopping. As someone who has back, hip, knee, and neck pain I was very cognizant of reviews and return policies. This mattress has been a godsend, before I was barely getting sleep due to my neck and back pain but now laying on the Purple mattress is like laying on a firm, supportive, cloud. Even my wife loves how it feels, and she hates firmer mattresses! The test material they give you with the mattress is still on my desk actually, it's really useful for holding your phone up and fun to squish!
