The mattress it self is absolutely great would recommend!! The only down fall I have with purple is that the customer service was not the best by any means. It took about 2 and a half weeks to get my mates to my new house. I called about a week after order placed and talked the the guy and he said that my order just got passed over and didn't get processed and that I would get an email in the next couple days for when it has been processed. Waited another few days didn't get any notification. Called back again and the lady on the phone said that it is still on back order. At this point I was ready to cancel my order but the following day I got and email saying it was processed. Don't let this story steer you away from the mattress it is one of the best mattresses I've slept on. Just not on the customer service end

The Purple Mattress was an excellent purchase. I had bought the platform bed frame along with my mattress and it goes together perfectly! Most comfortable mattress I've ever had, and shipping was crazy fast! I will definitely be buying only Purple Mattresses from here on out!

Holy cow, this is a comfortable mattress. I look forward to bed every night, and I don't look forward to rolling out come the morning. This has been, as it stands, the best large purchase I've ever made. I would do it all over again. If only to unroll the weird mattress tube... Anyway. Thanks, Purple. I love our new mattress but i should have waited and got the newer version. I'm a very big guy and I feel I should have waited until I could afford the mattress with the coils for a firmer feel. My wife just loves the one we have and I know purple was the right decision for us.

I was hesitating to purchase the purple mattress. So glad I did. I like a firmer mattress. People said they rated the firmness of purple 6 out of 10. They were right on. I wasn't sure this was enough firmness for me, but its literally perfect. its just the right amount of softness and firmness you need. The technology behind this mattress actually works (watch the awesome/funny videos). My back pain is legit gone every morning and its just so comfortable. Definitely going to buy the pillow down the road but I highly suggest giving the purple mattress a try. You will end up not returning it over the period of the 100 day test run.

For me, the Purple mattress has been kind of an acquired taste. When I first began using it, I was disappointed to find myself sleeping on the couch after 2 or 3 hours on the Purple. I decided to keep sleeping on the Purple as much as I could, trusting that my back was just getting used to being properly supported. After only about a week, my back was hurting less and I could sleep on the mattress all night. I have had the mattress now for nearly 3 months and haven't felt the need to sleep on the couch again. That being said, the Purple mattress has helped my back, but the mattress still feels a bit firmer than I like at times. I also feel some pressure on my hips when I sleep on my side. Yes, I am using stretchy jersey knit sheets and the Purple protector. Overall, I like the Purple mattress more than I ever liked the mattress I had for six years previously. However, I am still getting used to the Purple, and I don't feel a major inclination to recommend it to everyone. On one final note, I moved the mattress this last weekend to paint in my bedroom, and it was a really awkward and heavy thing to carry with two people, even folded in half.

From the moment we laid on it we knew it would going to be great. We were worried it would take us a few days to adjust but that has not been the case. We look forward to getting a good nights sleep, knowing we will wake up so well rested. Once I fall asleep I don't wake up until my alarm goes off. It is just amazingly comfortable. There are no words to describe how great it is. It's honestly just perfect for us. We are extremely pleased with our purchase.

After trying out a few other beds and even trying a purple 2( did not like was to cold and I sleep hot) I decided to give the org purple a try. I'm glad I did so far been 3 weeks I sleep really good on it. My last mattress my calves would cramp up on me and my hands would fall asleep. Since sleeping on the purple these 2 probs are not happening any more and my back feels great. The only I do wish they would change on this mattress is do 3 inch instead of the 2 inch top layer. But not really a big deal. I'm 6 ft like 185. Thanks Purple

A great concept to keep prices low. I replaced a pillow top with Purple and was happy at first. But I'm a side sleeper and found that when I laid on my side with my bottom leg straight, the firmness caused my foot to be suspended in air making it hard on my back. I felt it was "too much" support". I passed the. 100 day return timeframe before requesting a refund and was declined. (Rightfully so...I get it, that's why it's "100 day return policy.). I was told to try to sell the mattress. I can't afford to buy a new mattress so I have placed a 2" topper for some cushion which has helped slightly. I love the marketing and branding and the lack of store fronts to keep the costs low and think the company is smart. Just it the right mattress for my back injury.

My wife enjoyed the mattress from day one. It took me about six weeks to adjust to the new surface. I still feel that I am laying on top and not sinking into the mattress. That is taking some getting adjusted to. However we are both sleeping better on our new mattress that is what is important.
