The mattress was delivered by Fed Ex to the wrong house on the wrong day--there were conflicting emails from Purple and fed ex as to when it would arrive, had someone there to recieve it on what we were told was the delivery date by Fed ex. No one there when they delivered it a day early to accept it, so had to leave work way early to get it inside, since there has been a rashof package thefts from my neighborhood. It was delivered to a neighbor, someone I did not know, who was in this instance kind enough to call me. Fed Ex picked it up from a unknown neighbor, and delivered it the next day, which necessitated yet another day home from work. Got it inside unrolled it. Had called Purple a month or so before to find out if a plywood sheet could function in lieu of of a platform bed, since I love my bed frame and did not want to have to pay for a platform bedframe-either theirs or anyone elses, since i love my own bedframe. I was on hold for 25 minutes with Purple, finally gave up and selected option for someone to call me back. No one from Purple ever called me back. Used platform sheet in lieu of buying expensive platform bed. Mattressis way too hard. I have nerve imingement in my outer thigh, made it worse. It hurts my lower backand aggravates alumbar problem. My legs feel as if they have been ina curled up position for 12 hours straight, even though I have only been lying on the mattress for 7-8 hours. Very cramped. Am trying to give it more time, maybe there is an adjustment period? Will probably return. Will keep you posted.

I got the purple mattress because I was having back pain. It's helped a lot. I do notice that it softens on the area where I sleep the most. I was hoping that wouldn't happen. But overall I like it. It's better than my sleep number bed. But it's definitely not perfect. I was surprised at how much the edges are foam, rather than the purple mattress material. On a twin, it leaves a very narrow area where the purple actually is. That was very disappointing.

My husband found purple. My experience, you want a new mattress you go to a mattress store and find one you can live with. I wasn't sure what to make of a mattress that was delivered via FedEx. It has turned into the best internet purchase ever. This mattress is firm and I love it. I don't have trouble with waking up with back and hip pain. We love it and I would do it again

I recently splurged and ordered the purple harmony pillow to try. I have probably spent thousands on pillows before. I have been so excited I finally found the one! This is the best. Soft and supportive! I have terrible sinus headaches often so I don't need anything at my head that makes it worse. This sleeps cool and extremely comfortable. I'm 5'3 so I ordered the standard. I sent it back to get the taller as I'm a side sleeper and just wanted more pillow. Just get the taller one! It's simply amazing! Expensive but worth it!

After looking at all of the advertisements for purple I decided to purchase the hybrid 2. The first week I woke up hurting feeling like I slept on the floor. After the 3rd week the mattress has gotten a little softer but I wake with a little pain. I'm willing to upgrade to the highest mattress they have and pay the difference just to give them another chance.

Having the purple mattress was one of the best investments in my life. The first thing I noticed about the purple mattress is that, typically I sleep on my side and when I sleep on any other bed I will periodically wake up because of my sides or hips being sore. Throughout the night i'll wake up a couple times to roll around and come morning i've slept, but it sure wasn't a restful sleep. With the purple mattress I sleep on my sides and I wake up on the same side with no pain on my hips. I really do appreciate the purple company for their products, I can tell they've done their research for creating the best possible bed. Thank you!

I did a lot of research on non toxic mattresses and Purple came out on top with a good price. However, the mattress is too firm for me. I do not sink in so I have to adjust with pillows so that my hips and knees dont hurt. I am 5'2, 112 pounds. An average male has not problem sinking. Take your overall weight into consideration. This does not work for petite humans. Unfortunately, its hard to notice these things withing the 100 day trail.

I'm getting the best sleep on my purple, and so is my husband. He sleeps through the night, doesn't wake up sweating, and I can finally sleep comfortably in ANY position. I've never been able to sleep very long on my tummy, and now it's my favorite position. The sheets are so much better than jersey sheets! They are cool, super stretchy, and don't pill up. Love it!!

For what this mattress costs, it should've lasted longer than 6 months without developing a huge crevice in the middle. I've gotten longer life out of used mattresses from the budget bins. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. I've contacted customer service to request a refund. Hopefully, that works out.

The Purple mattress is everything you promised it would be. Whenever anyone complains about there bed I always encourage them to purchase the Purple mattress. You would think I own stock in the company or something like that but I don't. I just love the mattress and people.
