This is the second purple mattress I've purchased. I love my bed, a lot. We have had the first one for aprox 5 years and has just started developing small dips. My daughter was needing a new one and said my bed was awesome so I got her one and the next morning she said it was wonderful and did not sweat like before.

I really wanted this mattress to work. Unfortunately, it wasn't for me. I'm a side sleeper who's 6'3" tall, 185lbs. The first few nights left me with a sore lower back, but I expected that since my body was adjusting to a new mattress. What I didn't like, and what I couldn't live with, was sore shoulders every morning. I stuck it out for a little over 60 days, hoping that things would change, but in the end I gave up. The support when laying on my back was great, but on my side the pressure on my shoulders was too much. I even used the Purple Sheets to make sure I got the full benefit of the top grid. Still, my shoulders felt like I'd had a massive workout every morning. I will say, the customer service department is EXCELLENT! The return process was completely painless. My refund was processed within a couple of days after I provided my donation receipt.

Man even at 22 years old I really needed this, at first I did not know to make the investment but wow!!! It has been one of the best investments I have done. I haveI have done by far. Now I am anxiously waiting for my pillow and if it is the same as my new bed man will I be a happy customer. If I also do like my pillow I will buy the sheets very soon also. By the way I have also gotten a very deeper sleep on this new bed and even though it might be kind of harder for me to get up in the mornings it is still a darn good feeling.

Im literally laying in bed crying at how comfortable this is. It was pretty heavy getting up the stairs ( king was 140lbs i think) but once you get it together... it's amazing. I started crying when I first laid in it. I've had the worse foam mattress ever. ( DONT EVER USE A FOAM MATTRESS) ... this is a miracle. I could go on and on... but you get the point. Be patient putting it together

The actual material for the purple part and the rest of the foam making up the bed is great. The best feature of purple is the cooling ability while still retaining some kind of "squish". I can now reliably use a heavier blanket and wear pajamas during summer without having to worry about overheating. I would also imagine couples who like to play a lot can find this useful, alongside the overall apparent durability of the material. Problem is that I've found the bed too firm. The amount of tension in the material is so high that it's not practical to sleep on my belly. Back sleeping is ok but I have to be careful with my arms, as my elbows aren't heavy enough to sink into the material, thus causing occasional issues where my elbow joint is sore later trying to keep my arm up. Side sleeping is also ok, but the increased support again cause my hips to hurt a little. Ultimately gave the bed to my sibling, they're enjoying it. I've tried the more expensive variations only to be met with the same issues. Ultimately I returned said variations and am now looking for plush memory foam type hybrid mattress that hopefully cools as well as purple does.

The first time I laid down on my new Purple my back cracked instantly... that feeling of relief after the chiropractor gets ahold of you after a long day at work! The other thing I noticed... I'm going much deeper into sleep than ever before because I can remember my dreams when I wake up (remembering your dreams indicates you're in the deepest part of REM). ~David

I've had my purple for about a month. The first few nights were not as I expected, I thought I would sleep better than on my old mattress. I didn't have any change in sleep until about 3-5 days later. I'm more comfortable now snd don't sweat as before on a memory foam. I may exercise my 100 day return to get the purple 2, I have the original purple. My wife wants s stiffer edge. I'm fine the way it is, great product and easy set up. I recommend this mattress.

I purchased the Purple Mattress 3 in September of 2019 and it began to look deformed by December. I'm currently still paying on the mattress and am very disappointed in how much it cost vs how long it may last. The mattress is comfortable but it doesn't seem sturdy enough for the price.

It is simple.. I love love love love - have I mentioned that I LOVE this KING Purple! I have spent thousands trying to be comfortable in my own bed. I no longer wake up with that painful lower back pain. My grandchildren (6 and 10) totally love it too.. so much they want their own twin! Maybe one day (when THEY have a job) *haha* If you have any doubt.. let me be the one to tell you.. You will not know until you try it. You have NOTHING to lose! Thank you for listening! P.S. Mr Purple.. do you haul away previous mattresses? I am ready to have the old but yet new (1.5 years) out of my home! Anyone?

My fiancée had been eyeing you bed for a long time! Told me that this was the bed for us! I was skeptical because who can hold up to that??? Well I ordered it and OMG!!! I don't wake up with migraines anymore, my fiancée doesn't complain of back pain anymore. We absolutely love our bed! We are now planning on purchasing one for our son.
