After 5 years our original Purple started getting a little tired and saggy. I was shopping for a new Purple and the customer service person asked how long we had our original mattress. They suggested we start the warranty process. It qualified for a replacement! Love Purple even more for standing tall behind their product. The warranty process was very thorough and took a solid week to get through, taking pictures and measurement to complete the process.

After sleeping on a tempurpedic for the last 4-5 years and waking up with lower back and hip pain and tossing and turning to sleep every night I was optimistic to try something firmer. The first night I was on the purple mattress I was out in less than 10 minutes. I wake up feeling refreshed and in no pain every morning. It has just the right balance of softness and firmness. I used to be a side sleeper and on this mattress I'm a back sleeper. I love everything about this bed. I didn't even care about the cost but it about 1/3 of what I paid for the tempurpedic.

My wife and I slept on a memory foam mattress for years and loved it with one exception. It trapped heat. I bought the Purple Mattress and have not regretted it. After a month of sleeping on it I have not overheated once. I would buy it again and have recommended it to everyone that asked about it.

I really want this mattress to work. The first few nights I thought ok this is an adjustment period. For the last week I have been waking up with numbness in my calves while tossing and turning all night. Any suggestions to make this transition easier would be greatly appreciated.

I am 6' 2" 300lbs. I am a big guy by any definition. I have struggled with back pain for a decade. Frequently my morning back pain is so back I can barely walk for the first hour after I get up. I've now been sleeping on the purple mattress for over a month and no longer have any morning back pain. It took about 3 nights to figure out how to get truly comfortable, now I sleep through the night and wake up without any pain. I used to wake up at 3 am with intense pain and have to go sleep in a recliner, now I sleep clear through my alarm. If you are a big guy, you need this bed. It is a deal at twice the price. Seriously, big guys need this bed.

I am still within my 100 day trial. When I first slept on this matteress it felt cold and uncomfortable. After about a week it felt confortable. I fell asleep faster and woke up with little to no back neck shoulder pain. So far I'm loving it! I bought one for my son too and he hasn't complained about back pain since sleeping on his purple mattress.

I'm a HUGE skeptic when it comes to high-claims from expensive stuff online that you can't even try before you buy. i never thought i would ever buy a mattress that i wouldn't sleep on prior, but my fiancee and i were in need for a new bed, and after doing the research, it seemed that Purple was the way to do. we ordered the mattress and within a week, it arrived to our door! the first night was a little weird for us since we had never slept on anything like this before, but by the third night, i was 100% sold! i can't remember the last time i EVER slept so soundly, and i will say right now as a huge skeptic that this IS worth the purchase. if you're not sleeping on this mattress, you're NOT getting the best sleep of your life, period!

So here's the thing... I was initially drawn to Purple because of the marketing. It's clever and funny, which drew me into researching the product further. What can I say, I'm guilty of being a true American consumer. It was the line about the wussy centaur that really got me. Hilarious! After several months of debate, we opted to order a Purple and it was a great decision. My husband and I have been sleeping deep and wake up rested. We got the bed quick and had to wait for the Purple sheets, which are definitely a must. Awesome price and soooo comfortable. Thanks!

Not comfortable at all, gave me lower back aches. Had my brother try it, also wasn't able to sleep on it comfortably. I missed the return by 3 days from their 100 day policy. Disappointed for not keeping track of the days and for not having another option given like a partial refund or something.

I bought a Purple for my son in November 2020. I really liked it! It was very comfortable. My daughter needed a bed so I bought a Casper because it was ranked higher in Consumer Reports but it was smaller than the Purple and was mattress was sinking in. I returned it and bought a second Purple, which I'm very happy with.
