I decided to give the "home-bed-delivery-theme" a try. I started with a Casper. Their customer service was outstanding. I kept the ghost bed for ~90 days and figured it was just me getting used to it...but, the lower back pain and arms falling asleep was destroying me. Sent it back without a hitch. Next up was purple...well, winner winner chicken dinner. It sleeps GLORIOUS. No back pain from day one. Don't believe the "adjustment period" that the sleep experts say you need. I've slept in many terrible places and on top of many random objects in my short time on this ecliptic. If you sleep somewhere and wake up pain-free, take it as a sign that it works. Great job purple people eaters...you did amazing work. I will be purchasing four more of these things over the coming year for my entire house. Prost.

I have been sleeping on PURPLE for about 1.5 months and I'm very pleased with my quality of sleep. I have this on an adjustable base that makes bedtime even more enjoyable! Shortly after I began my PURPLE mattress sleep-love I received the PURPLE sheets too. WOW! I think that heightened my quality of sleep & not too hot, never too cold. Honestly love my bed! Kim

To put it short the bed be hitting different, I was a fan and finally got one and what they say is true, after a week my back doesn't hurt getting up in the morning and when I would normally toss and turn a lot in my sleep now I'll only flip over once.

I bought a purple cause the hype told me that it would be a completely different experience than the one that was currently leaving me perpetually tired. So I dropped a lot of money (for me) on a purple mattress. Expecting quite honestly a universe of difference. Night one went by, then night 2, then 3 then 4 and I wasnt noticing much difference. Finally I came to the conclusion that because I was still exhausted every single day that I'd rather be tired and have money then the other way around. So I returned mine. I'm sure purple is a perfect fit for some and for many it could be a good investment. But for me purple is best left to YouTube commercials.

After roughly 2 weeks with my Purple mattress 3, i'm still getting used to the completely different feel of this mattress. But I think that's also long enough to conclude that this mattress does not "sleep cool" at all! In fact every single morning ive woken on this pueple 3, ive woken up in a damp t-shirt from sweating through the night. My entire body feels "clamy" in the morning rather than cool through the night. And there are indications from my pillows & sheets that ive had a restless night. And here's the thing, I've NEVER had a problem of sleeping 'hot' through the night prior to my purple 3. NEVER woke up before in a damp shirt, or had to throw off the sheets to cool off. It's only been two weeks, but i think that's long enough to establish that this purple 3 actually SLEEPS HOT. Completely opposite as stated in marketing promos.

I have been involved in the mattress industry for over 30 years and have had experience with many different mattress designs. This bed is different than any other product that is available today. I have now been sleeping on my Purple bed for two weeks and I am very happy with the feel and performance. I am looking forward to many more years of great sleep using this product.

I read so many reviews and know a few people that have the purple bed, my wife and I were looking to get a new bed and decided to pull the trigger on getting a purple mattress! Man what a mistake we made, we've had it for about a month now and we're getting worse sleep than what we we're getting. We are always tossing and turning and we both wake up exhausted, on the bright side it a good thing we kept our old bed because I will be returning the purple mattress.

I bought the back cushion because I have bad posture. The cover for the back cushion seems too small. I struggled for about 5 minutes trying to get the cover put on. After I finally got the cover put on, it didn't look right and it won't stay up right on my seat. It keeps dropping down. Oh well, it's still comfy.

It would have been nice if they had a delivery system that carried the mattress in for you because the mattress was just dropped off outside my house in plane site. Anyone could have come and taken it so I had to get in the house myself which was extremely difficult. We have had the mattress for about 2 1/2 weeks now and are still not impressed with it. It is much more firm than expected. I wake up with really bad shoulder and neck pains that are accompanied by bad headaches. Unfortunately, unless the mattress doesn't break in better, we may need to return it. It is nice, however, that it comes rolled up and set up was fairly easy. And don't worry! The smell goes away within the first week! One other thing to note, it is a pretty thin mattress compared to others.

Can't say enough about the absolutely outstanding warranty coverage, and replacement of our first Purple mattress. Customer Serv., product, shipping, delivery all 5 stars, and very easy to do. The new mattress exceeds all expectations and is better than our original. Love it. Fantastic product and people!
