This mattress was not as firm as I thought it would be. It is much more comfortable than I imagined. I was not able to lay on a display in store, which I usually like to do. To my surprise I like it very much

We have had this mattress for 6 weeks and it already has developed a ridge in the middle and two saggy spots on both sides. We are not overweight people. We believe this mattress needs to be replaced. Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't describe it in words how happy I'm with my new Serta Classic firm queen mattress! It's so comfortable but at the same time offer good support for my back.

Has sept good so far

Comfy and great mattress

Great matress with fantastic support. I upgraded from a semi-firm hybrid to this classic firm amd my back pains stopped

Nice looking with a firm support.

Compared to our old mattress, this one is very comfortable.
