These are completely inedible. They taste like chemicals and artifical sweetener and have a very weird texture. The outside shell isnt crunch and the inside has an odd almost mushy texture to it, I would not call it creamy as the packaging suggests. Would definitely not recommend.

The first thing I'll say about the PB%26J bites is that I can't believe they're only 100 calories. And filling too! I've grabbed these multiple times as I'm running out the door and they curbed my cravings completely. Taste amazing too, love the peanut butter.

I'd give these a solid 7/10! I actually really like the idea of them, especially because the macros are so good — 5g protein, 5g fiber, and only 1g of sugar. They're a really convenient little snack when you want something sweet but still want to get some protein in. Flavor-wise, they're pretty good! I definitely get the PB%26J vibe, and I like the crunchy outside with the creamy filling. I just feel like they could have a little more flavor, especially with the peanut butter and jelly. I bought all three of the IQ products because I liked the macros and they're all good - because they are small I like these to fix an after dinner sweet tooth or when dinner doesn't quite satisfy and you want a little more protein without sugar/carbs. Both flavors are good and I really like the texture!

Nice little bites at 100 calories each, but be mindful. I'd suggest to only eat one a day. They have 5 grams of fiber and I ate more than I should have…regretted it. Won't make that mistake again. They're pretty good. I prefer the strawberry ones. Will probably get more!
