These little IQ protein snack bars turned out to be such a great find. The PB%26J flavor is delicious, and honestly, it tastes like a treat instead of something “healthy.” Since I’m on a GLP‑1, keeping my protein intake up is really important, and these bars make it easy without feeling heavy. I really appreciate that they come in single‑serve packs — perfect for tossing in my work bag or keeping in the car for a quick boost. The texture is soft, the flavor is spot‑on, and they’re just the right size when you need something satisfying without overdoing it.

These are a good means to an end. Nice protein gives satisfaction to help curb hunger pangs. But I'm not a fan of the flavor and was hoping for more peanut butter to it. As others have stated, I was a bit surprised by the outside coating. I was expecting something a little more crunchy and a little less waxy. We'll see if I buy these again. That is still TBD.

I think these little bites are delicious. I wish the outside were a bit more crunchy to have different textures, but the flavor is great, as are the ingredients. My kids thought they were disgusting (and I believe it was a texture issue). I'm not complaining, I will keep them for myself but probably won't buy again as I try to get snacks that everyone likes.

Wish I read the reviews before buying. I hate that I wasted my money. Flavor isn’t good. The color of the snack is so ugly that I can’t believe the color of the snacks on outside of the bag is so bright and pretty. I sure hope the nutrition side of these bites will do my body some good while I force myself to eat these. Sorry for the bad review.

I love their protein bars but these were a miss for me. I was expecting creamy peanut butter maybe a little bit of jelly or a jelly coating just has an artificial fruit taste and little pieces of fruit maybe can barely even tell there’s peanut butter at the texture is a little off especially the texture of the coating kind of waxy.

Been grabbing these as a go to snack and honestly hard to stop at just one. The PB%26J flavor is really good, hits that sweet and salty combo perfectly. Texture is satisfying too, not crumbly or messy at all. Good protein and fiber content which makes them actually filling for such a small bite. Great to have on hand when you need something quick without reaching for junk food. Will definitely be reordering.
