My son has thick curly hair that he loves to wear as an afro. It tangles so easy. He said this is the only conditioner he will use as when he was combing it he felt no pain because the knots were gone.

Smells awesome! Sometimes it feels like it dries out my hair.

I only wish it was a little stronger and more gritty to scrub my scalp better but this shampoo has helped me deal with my sebhorric dermatitis and my psoriasis of the scalp. It leaves a good scent that is nice and not too overwhelming and it's easy to detangle after using since it doesn't over dry hair or scalp.

I tried the shampoo and conditioner for the first time yesterday and I love it. My hair is sooo soft. I had problems with other shampoos and conditioners where my hair would be super oily after using but this got rid of it. I love the smell of it also, it's more of a masculine musky smell but honestly it doesn't bother me. I would definitely recommend.

I have hair that struggles to find shampoos or hair products to agree with. With this shampoo, the minute I used it my hair loved it. I dont use conditioner, it give my hair a gunky feel, and with this shampoo, you do not need it. If you struggle with your hair, try this shampoo. Thank you for making a great affordable product. Well, being a man, I enjoy this scent, in comparison to the other reviewer who hates it. I hope they come out with a jumbo size bottle.

Great shampoo and conditioner but it stinks like cheap men’s cologne. I would totally buy this if it didn’t stink. Yuk.

I love Herbal Essences so I may be biased but I thought this was the shampoo & conditioner were the best thing they’ve come out with. It smelled AMAZING, and I seriously felt like I had deep cleaned my hair. I can’t wait for more hair in products (dry shampoo, Mouse, hair spray etc) from this particular duo.

This shampoo was so good for me! I used it with a different brand conditioner. This shampoo detoxed my scalp so well! No greasy feeling in my hair for days. My scalp just felt clean and airy, lighter, like there was no residue left behind. I miss this shampoo!

I love the scent of this shampoo and conditioner! To me it smells very fresh. Several have mentioned that it smells masculine to them but to me it just smells clean! My worry is that it's hard to find now so please tell me it hasn't been discontinued??
