Terribly flat and lumpy. I’ve bought these in the past and they used to be firm. This product has changed and is not good anymore. I will not purchase again.

My husband & I liked very much! It's soft but it's helped my neck from hurting when I wake up. My husband mentioned the same thing. I would of gotten another pair, but I only saw that one there. OH & THE PRICE WAS GREAT TOO!!

The pillows are much too soft and lose their shape after the first week. I’m usually satisfied with purchases made from Sam’s but this was a horrible waste of money!!!

One of the least favorite pillows I ever slept on. I cannot believe they would call these hotel quality. Maybe for the Super 8 or Howard Johnson. We returned them.

These pillows went flat in a week. I don’t think the cheapest motel in the universe would have these pillows. I only gave a 1 star because they arrived when they said it would

Don’t waste your money .. these so called pillows fall flat within days and it’s an absolute shame companies make and sell this useless waste of money

Not firm enough and goes flat really fast have had less than two weeks and feel like I already need to buy new pillows not what I thought they’d be but I guess for the price I should have already known that

When I first brought them they were nice. Now it’s been about one month and it seems they are already going flat. Just can’t seem to find a good pillow that’s reasonable priced.

I believe these are my favorites of all time but after awhile maybe a month or two they start to go flat which is so sad to me.. but I just keep buying them cause I love them so much..

I have bought these pillows for years. Usually after about a year I replaced them. Not now. They have made a change to them somehow. They are not the pillows they used to be. I bought some (always king size) and I could tell a difference right out of the package. They are not firm at all and after sleeping in them for a few nights I had to put them on my guest bed. I am going to try one more time and see if I just got a bad batch but seems like a lot of folks are experiencing the same as me. If they are not better this time I’m done!
