One pillow stuffed in the bottom, making it look like an after thought. The other one in the package was also out of shape. Since these were gifts, I had to buy filler, restuff and hand sewn shut.

These used to be the best pillows. We used them for years. Now they are horrible. They go flat with in one week. Don’t advise anyone to purchase them!!!

I absolutely love these pillows. I am a wild sleeper, so I sleep on my front, back, and sides. These pillows are the perfect balance of soft and firm. They do not go flat. Buy them!

I previously purchased these 8 years ago and they are still holding up well- hold up great in the washing machine and fluff up in the dryer. The newer version went flat after a few months and didn't fluff up after washing and drying.

Amazing for the first couple of weeks but they go flat FAST. Has me feeling like I need my pillow replaced every month. Have bought twice. Will not purchase again. Not very sustainable.

Literally like the pillows at a hotel that you wish you could buy for home but never could discern what pillows they are. These are great. I'm prone to migraines and this takes alllllllll the pressure off my head and neck.

These used to be our favorite pillows but this recent purchase is terrible. The pillows look full but as soon as you use them they feel like you have used them for months. The filling flattens to almost nothing. Super disappointing.

These used to be my go to pillow but something had changed. They no longer have any firmness and my head sinks down to the mattress. I have to readjust it constantly which interrupts my sleep. Very disappointed by the change.

These pillows were my go to pillows! I ordered them off line this time because the were out of stock in store and they come rolled and DON'T fluff up!! HORRIBLE QUALITY!!

I have been using the pillows for 1 month. So far the shape/fullness have remained the same. Pillows have some weight to them, they are not feather light. The king pillow cases I have just fit, which I consider a plus. Comfortable for back or side sleepers.
