This was my second time ordering this pillows the 1st set was very comfortable a lasted over a year, the 2nd set wore out in 4 days. Threw them away. Garbage

I bought it at the store and both pillows were stored very tight in plastic. There wasn't a display pillow. I slept on it one night and my neck hurt. Too fluffy and overstuffed for me.

I stayed in Florida and the apartment i stayed in had such comfortable pillows that i had to see what kind they were and it was these. I ordered them to be delivered the day i got back.

This is the second time I've purchased these. Nice mix of firmness and softness. Good back and neck support. Quality is great and consistent. Will continue to purchase as needed.

Nice quality; but pillows take alot of breaking in to desired comfort level. Seems very hard and too high. Definitely a Side Sleeper Pillow. Being a 2-pack deal makes this a very good buy.

So disappointed !These were the only pillows I have purchased for years. Not anymore. They are too soft not firm like that used to be. Too bad they had to change them. I will be returning these and looking elsewhere for pillows.

Members Mark Hotel Premier pillow disappointed me. Within 30 days of use pillow has become misshapen and will not fluff back to original shape. Please see attached photo

I have bought a set of these pillows every 12 months for years and loved them. I'm not sure why they changed them but the last set I bought are worthless. You can buy a better pillow at the dollar store.

The quality has gotten worse. The pillows go flat within days. It's like not having a pillow at all. We've bought quite a few of these pillows over the years, but after this..never again.

I bought these pillows based on the reviews i read. The first night they were ok. After a week they are very flat. These are not firm, very plush. Ok for a throw pillow for the bed but both to sleep on.
