I have been using the pillows for 1 month. So far the shape/fullness have remained the same. Pillows have some weight to them, they are not feather light. The king pillow cases I have just fit, which I consider a plus. Comfortable for back or side sleepers.

Bought them two weeks ago. Not my first set of pillows and have been spending all kinds of money lately on various brands trying to find just one pillow that doesn't flatten out within a couple of weeks. Frustrating. With these, the price was great and low enough to give them a shot. Started out great and most of the pillow still maintains some loft...except right where you need it. In other words, right in the middle along the edge where you'd lay your shoulder/head/neck into...starting to loosen up and depress...which means not long til flat in the middle. I keep flipping the pillow but it's happening on both sides. Decent as a pillow placed under another, softer pillow maybe. But, if you're looking for long-lasting support or use as a primary pillow, get something else.

I bought them around the first of the month and used them the very same night they came. They are the best pillows I had in years. I slept like a baby. I just hope they don’t get flat too quickly.I like a lot of pillows on my bed so I bought four of them and so far I am enjoying them.

I bought these about 8 months ago. They were the perfect firmness. But they both started separating at the seams. I ended up throwing them away. I just couldn’t find pillows that were as firm and comfortable as these. So I bought another set a couple weeks ago hoping I just got a bad batch last time. Make sure you look very carefully at the pillows when you buy them. My pillows separated at the same at the end, opposite to where the tag is.

I am very picky with my pillows as I have some problems on my neck area. If I use a bad pillow I can have pain for 2 days or more. This pillow is amazing, it adjust to your needs, not to high not too flat. Super soft but still giving you support. I loved it. I went back and bought two other ones. Great deal too! High quality.

I purchased this pillow brand initially at the Sams Club in Panama City Beach, FL for our home in FL and I was so happy with the pillows I decided to purchase four for our home in VA. When I ordered online from a Sams Club in VA, i had a choice of three different types of pillows. When I purchased in the Sams Club store I was able to see and feel the product. I chose the Hotel Premier Collection since it was what I purchased previously and I was satisfied with the product. When I received the pillows I noticed a difference in the quality. They were lighter and harder to shake into the pillow case, and they did not keep their form as well. One week after using one of the pillows I noticed a rip in the seam along the edge of the pillow. I am not sure if the quality decreased or I purchased a different type of pillow than previously. I initially ordered too many. The pillows come in pairs. Sams customer service was very helpful. They allowed me to keep the extra pillows instead of returning them, and issued me a return. Sams has great customer service!

I bought this Hotel premier King pillow a month ago and am so glad that I did. It is very comfortable support of my neck and cushy /soft around my face. I can really sleep better. Very good quality. My cat loves this pillow too. I will recommend this to a friend.

When it comes to my sleeping areangements, I can be particular. I am a stickler for replacing pillows every 2-3 months. And some don't last that long. These are wonderful for the price. Before I purchased the Avocado pillow, these were my go to. You can't compare these to my avacado pillow which is all organic, non toxic, lors of green labels and costs over a $100 each and actually lasts over a ywar. Very diff category but they are def higher quality than the $30/each pillow range. Seeing these are a 2 pk, I buy the kings, I'm paying less than $10/piece for king size pillows. We still use these for my in between leg pillows. Lol You can't beat the price. And in regards to chemicals, I haven't seen any labels BUT we are chemical sensitive. These do not bother us. We also have lots of allergies and again, these are great. Very mild smell that came out in 1 wash so I'm figuring hypoallergenic. And while not organic or all the green labels like my avacado pillow, it's def lower tox.

Hotel Premier Collection bed pillows are top quality. I purchased the same pillows at Sam’s Club 4 years ago and washed them several times. They come out great. I felt it was time to get new pillows and the old set are now in my pillow shams! I wouldn’t buy any other brand. I highly recommend purchasing these pillows if you want real quality.

I originally bought these just to use as extra pillows for my bed but they’re great pillows. I was initially scared to lay on them too much because sometimes pillows with the same materials can be flimsy and get smashed after very little use. But these are still holding their shape well. Will buy again for sure.
