Honestly, I can't decide how I feel about the purple mattress. I think that a lot of the problem is that my body has had a hard time adjusting to the bed. So I am still frequently waking up with back and neck pain in the morning, but that very well could be because my back has a lot of issues in general. I was surprised at how firm the mattress is. I frequently find myself wishing that it was a bit softer because I have noticed that my hips and shoulders get stiff throughout the night. But I have heard great things about the purple mattress, and I am definitely willing to stick it out to see if my body is the issue or if I just don't like it.

We were really excited about our purple mattress and had heard really amazing things about it. We have slept on it for 3 months now. It is very responsive and I can't feel my husband when he moves at night. Laying on my back is awesome, but it is not my preferred sleeping style, which has made it hard to fall head over heels for this mattress. If we were consistently back sleepers, this mattress would be perfect. However, it has been fairly uncomfortable as a side sleeper.

My wife and I recently purchased the Purple king mattress and adjustable base and are very happy with our purchase. We have noticed a significant difference in our quality of sleep already compared to our prior mattress. Purple has definitely won us over!

When I lay down, I get comfortable so quickly! No more tossing and turning trying to find the most comfy spot on the bed! And when I wake up, my joint pain I experienced with my old bed in the morning is gone...all because I slept on the Purple bed. I am a customer for life!

For whatever reason, memory foam beds hurt my back. Traditional spring beds break down too fast and end up hurting too. Purple was different and intriguing so we have it a try. Best decision. We love it. Super comfortable. We stay cool too. Do glad we took a chance.

This mattress is the best. This replaces a high end foam. This bed is so much more comfortable from a temperature perspective. Also the distribution of body pressure points feels so good and adjusts immediately as you move. The old foam bed made you feel like you melted into a mold...not the Purple. We have been recommending this to our friends and family. This bed is a great value. There is nothing better for your health than quality sleep.

We really love the mattress. It's been almost a month and it's been perfect. Both of us are about 140lb each and the mattress works perfect for sleeping on sides as well as on back. The purple sheets are not very good quality though. They started to develop little rolled balls and look old already.

First off, Purple is a great company and that's why they are getting two stars. When I did not enjoy my Purple after 2 weeks, they sent a 1800GOTJUNK truck right away to take it away and refunded me my money in a week. Good on them! However, the mattress was just way too firm. I kept waking up with dead arm throughout the night. I really wanted to like this mattress, but couldn't. If you like a firm mattress, then this one is for you!

The replacement Purple matress protector is beter than the original mattress for us! We had experienced back pain with the original mattress. After replacing with a new Purple mattress (under warranty), the back pain was better, but not completely gone. When we started using the mattress protector, no back pain! Perfect Match!!

I bought this bed because my shoulder was hurting for over a month. I finally got tired of it and bought this mattress. WOW!!! What a difference. Not only does my shoulder not hurt anymore I am much better rested! I have more energy and I love this bed.
