I am glad there was a pamphlet that said it can take some sleepers up to 30 days to get used to the mattress. The first week and a half i was miserable, though my husband was in love after the first night. I am now extremely happy with the mattress. Although i highly suggest buying the purple pillows at the same time, especially if going from a soft pillowtop mattress to the purple mattress. It took me an extra couple of weeks of trying to get my pillow height just right so i bought the purple pillow. Love them too!

We took a chance on the mattress and have been very pleased with it. I give it 5 stars for comfort and firmness/softness. I like a pillow top mattress to fit the curves, unfortunately pillow tops eventually get worn down where you sleep. This mattress is comfortable and fits your curves without a bulky pillow top, so my mattress isn't princess and the pea high and yet it is comfortable. We have really tested how long you can lay on this mattress without back pain, and it is amazing. My husband and I both got very sick with a cold, and were in bed for several days, and no back pain! My only sadness is you need stretchy sheets, and I will have to buy some, but that's a small price to pay for this kind of comfort.

I would wake up all of the time with back and hip pain. I use a Fitbit to track my sleep and I would be restless on average 20-25 times a night, after using the Purple mattress in dropped to 10-12 a night. It has made a world of difference in the quality of sleep.

Feels like there are holes in a few areas and body sinks in and not at all comfortable. Trying reversing the side, was ok for a week or so, now it is same issue on the other side as well, may be not too much but it is there. May be cause of the weight difference. It is like new in the middle though. Too expensive if it is going to last you just a couple years :(

I quite enjoy my Purple mattress but I like being cool and am 200 lbs. Great support on my lower back. I'm a side sleeper and find myself on my back more and more. My wife likes it warmer and is 105lbs. She finds it too cools and thinks it's too hard as she is not sinking in enough. As well when she sleeps close to me she tends to want to roll towards me.

I was very reluctant to try a new bed , I received the new bed and got it set up, laid on it and thought I don't know about this here we go again, but every night I go to bed I jump in there and I know it was the right decision for me , very very comfortable , stable and supportive , I sleep cooler , less fatigue , every thing I did not expect, great job .

The purple mattress (king size) is very supportive and comfortable. We used our existing box springs as support and it works fine. The height (thickness) of the purple mattress is smaller than our previous mattress and the old mattress cover fits loosely. We plan on buying the mattress cover from purple and avoid the wrinkles.

My old traditional mattress was worn, and slept warm. Living in Texas without central air, I needed something that would be breathable and comfortable. Purple fit the bill. After a ton of research, I decided the grid was right for me. Ordering was easy, shipping only took a couple of days, and set up was easy! Ever since we got our Purple, my SO and I have been sleeping great. I've already been recommending it to friends.

We replaced our RV sofa bed with a daybed we made from 2x4 lumber. We designed it for an XL Twin mattress, as we are tall people and wanted to actually use this as one of our beds. At the suggestion of our daughter (one of your happy customers) we ordered our new bed from Purple. We chose the original, and I have been so pleased with our new mattress. It works equally well as our sofa (with added bolsters and pillows for the back) and as my bed at night. Love it, and are now considering replacing our queen mattress in the RV with another Purple.

Ever since I first sat upon my sister's Purple mattress, I have always wanted one. I have not owned one myself for very long but I would not trade this mattress for any other. I have had much better quality sleep since I have gotten it and my partner loves how I don't wake her up any more when I come to bed after her. We had a little problem with the delivery of the sheets we ordered with the mattress but when I notified Purple about the issue they were on it with speed and precision. I have been telling everyone I know about how much I enjoy my new mattress and look forward to getting another in the future.
